Highly recommended you give this pharmacy a go.I was like most people who blindly accept poor service and rudeness from othersI have been listen to, respected and helped at the pharmacy. With the Pharmacies own app making ordering medications even simpler.I have been going to this pharmacy for a while now, and it so far has been a very good experience.

National pharmacies Elizabeth shopping centre. Went in to get a script of Mersyndol which is a non pbs item so not a $5.60 script. Luckily I had bought from my local chemist once before they charged me $17. I asked here they said non members price $25 unless you want to buy a years membership $41 I just went back and checked with a members discount would have been $15.50. So wow you can save a whole $1.50 on normal chemist prices. So I have no ideas on other medication prices just warning people beware they wanted to charge me 150% of standard price. I went to Priceline Pharmacy instead their price was $17.95 and they even price matched for $17!

National Pharmacy is our go to pharmacy as they have friendly staff staff, wiling to help you everytime you go there.

Told my wife her medicine is no longer available at all, causing significant distress. Turns out an incompetant staff member/pharmacist processed it incorrectly. Not only did they have the medication in stock and in the store (after being told by a specialist from the hospital to look properly) but when we went back to get it not so much as an apology from this store. Obviously you put more emphasis on the junk at the front of the store than medications...pharmacy by name only by the looks of thingsUPDATE 5/7/22: WOW, seriously this happened again. National Pharmacies, what is wrong with the people you hire? Are they just lazy? Don't say medication isn't available when it's on your shelf!

Profiled because mask inadvertently slipped down past my nose; other customers were not social distancing/wearing masks correctly so not sure what the issue was with me personally. Maybe concentrate on giving the correct prescriptions to the person concerned instead of lucky dipping in the bottom draw!! Also, maybe check the name on the prescription before berating the wrong person about the prescription issue date etc.Unprofessional behaviour and uncalled for Karen" attitudes."
