Quality products as always, but service was terrible with atleast three staff seeming to have their worst days. No smiles, no greetings. One staff didn't even come back after going to check on shoe sizes. Another looks right past us to serve the next customer. Third simply made it seem like working with customers was a chore - no self check on service even when we asked if she was having a bad day.

Absolutely fantastic staff, always really helpful, store is super clean, always has the best of deals, sometimes doesn't have my size, but it is an outlet so that's to be expected.

Great range and value for money. Brody was fantastic. Definitely a store to get all your hiking needs. Great stock if you are x-small or x-large in size as there is minimal stock on other sizes.

Our favourite store in Harbourtown, all staff are super nice, nothing is too hard for them, they go the extra mile to make you happy. Big thanks to Allura (I hope I spelled her name correctly) she’s doing a fantastic job, courteous , friendly, professional, everything you’d expect from a professional retail store. Not to mention great value and discounts they offer sometimes, great value for money. Thank you

Just left Kathmandu here at Harbourtown. Christian was incredibly helpful as we needed to exchange a Xmas gift bought in another store. Tracked it down and my wife was able to change the singlet. So good to get service where the team goes above to help.
