Just Cuts

I asked for a trim showed what I wanted just ends. She wore a hibib sorry I do not know her name. She then proceeded to slice into.my hair then cut the sides around I said stop please. I showed again just straight. She continued not knowing what she was doing. My hair is now uneven and a mess in the front. Never again

I went for a wash and blow dry this morning. The hairdresser seemed like she was a beginner. She didn't section my hair the right way. There is no volume in my hair because of the way she did it and the heat from the dryer is irritating my scalp even after an hour. Never going to this place again.

A very pleasant experience. Marijana was lovely. She took the time to understand the cut I required, and explained the entire process to me. Her patience and positivity made me comfortable enough to trust her completely, and yielded the styling I required to perfection.

Worst haircut ever! She told me she would take off an inch, and I verified it with her and she showed me how much it would be off with her comb. I told her how I was really trying to grow my hair and she reassured me she would only take the inch, as I had a few split ends. When she finished I had to try not to cry as she had cut off about 3 inches, she said she noticed it was more damaged so she cut more off, without even asking me. It wasn't until I got home that I realised how terrible the cut was, the top bits of hair were shorter than the bottom bits and the cut was completely uneven. I had to go to another hairdressers to get the cut fixed, and they ended up having to cut it even more as it was so uneven. There goes my whole year worth of hair growth!!

Thank you to the lovely lady that fixed my hair cut i received from a hairdresser at the port adelaide just cuts.She was so helpful and understanding as I was embarrassed by the haircut I had received.She was experienced and knew just what to do to reverse as much damage as possible and hide what couldn't be fixed.This lovely lady mostly works in the westlakes just cuts but has been filling in at arndale.I know the same person owns both westlakes and arndale. All of your staff are lovely and speak highly of you and that you take care of them, it shows. I will be returning to either branch for my future haircuts. Thanks so much

Had a hair cut today, the guy was very polite and respectful in dealing with me. Did a fantastic job!I knew that getting a buzz cut was cheaper, but still the guy was honest enough to tell me the same without even me asking him! Thats honesty... Very happy with the service received.I was offered free candy while leaving...All these stars are because of the guy who did the hair cut

Lady who cut my hair took TOO MUCH OFF!!! I wanted just a tiny trim of split ends yet lost about 4 inches of my hair. I absolutely hate my hair now and will never come back to Just Cuts.

The staff were lovely and the scalp massage was pleasant although a little rough at times. I asked for some layers and to have my split ends cut off. However, the hairdresser thinned out my hair without asking and the layers were extremely choppy and not well blended. My hair is so thin and I have absolutely no volume anymore. She also cut my bangs uneven, I had to cut them myself at home as it was extremely obvious.She blow dried my hair afterwards on the highest setting and focused more on my scalp than my actual hair, which was obviously painful.
