Urgently needed my car repaired. EAP replied to my FB message after hours & booked me in the next day. Got my car back within a couple of business day due to part coming from Sydney. Exceptional service & very reliable I would have to say. Now I’ve booked my car in for a service there this coming week!Keep up the phenomenal work :)

I found Stan to be honest and upfront with all dealings I had while getting my Audi up to scratch in order to put it up for sale. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Euro-Aus to anyone.

Great service on my Audi Q3 today, incl a loan car for the day at the last minute, phone call mid service to check that extra parts are approved, vacuum and wash thrown in. Best part was that the logbook service was hundreds cheaper than the dealer. Will be back next year for sure.

Great Service and genuine customer care. Was a little more engaged in the repair as I wanted them to replace any commonly worn parts whilst the supercharger was off my 10yr old Audi and made great recommendations without trying to scare me into doing more than I needed to. The car was in the proper Audi service position and the mechanic was very organized, tidy and knowledgeable. What service centers should be and certainly not overpriced for the value you get. Always busy but that's a good sign.

Would not recommend this place as i was charged 3 and half grand for my car to be fixed only to realise a few months later that hoses they said had been fixed and i was charged for were nexer fixed and still had the tape that had been put there to stop the air leaking out

Took my Audi A3 here after Ultra Tune completely ruined it. Euro-Aus did a REMARKABLE Job!! they fixed every single problem even though they only quoted for the main problem of the mechatronic unit. Extremely happy with their work and communication.

I have been going to Euroaus for many years and they always provide a very professional and quality service. Tara and Chris at reception are great to deal with and the servicemen always explain in detail what they think is needed. This time Jordan worked on our car and I was very glad to have to returned as I had a problem that was diagnosed by Audi themselves and took it there for the actual repair. Euroaus discovered that they incorrectly diagnosed the issue, found and repaired the actual problem, saving me thousands. I am very, very grateful for their help and look forward to returning when I need future maintenance. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As a customer of Euro Aus for over 4 yrs I have always been very happy with their services.
