Terrible customer service. My son bought a pair of shorts and the eyelet broke, I returned them and asked for an exchange 7 days after purchase, to be told he couldn’t change them as they had chalk on them. Do you think I’m going to wash them to return a broken item? No! He wouldn’t give them to me so I exchanged them told him I was taking the new ones, and he said oh okay. The next day I went in and they were $15 cheaper, I asked if I could return and re purchase to save my son some money and even said I didn’t want the cash back, I would buy another pair of shorts. They said no, but according to their policies under their policy I can return. After speaking with the manager they refused.

Don’t buy anything from Osmosis. Will only employ 15-20 year olds but the majority of customers are 35-55.This company discriminates. Do not support them.Great surf shop in secret harbour and also o&c rocky.
