Started taking my cars to Teddy (& team) when I moved into the area 2 years ago after seeing great Google reviews. 2 years later and I'm still taking my cars to Teddy even though I've moved into the city. A no B.S mechanic who goes above and beyond for his customers, quality workmanship and best of all - doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I can drive away with peace of mind knowing my car's safe for myself and my young family.

Our car broke down on the freeway. After being told there was a week's wait at the dealers I called Teddy. He looked at it that day, diagnosed the issue and started calling around for parts. He found us the best solution for our car (not just the easiest for him). I got him to quote me for some other work and he was far cheaper than the dealer, but still used official parts. He got it all done quick, excellent communication and quality repairs. Cannot recommend highly enough

I had put off servicing my car for quite some time because I use to get it serviced at a BMW dealership. They charged me crazy amounts and I felt they weren’t being very transparent with me during the process. My experience with Ted was completely different. Once he had a thorough look at my car he called and told me what needed to be serviced urgently and what could wait till the next service. He was also able to give me options on the price for various car parts and quoted on how much it would all be (which was quite affordable). This put my mind at ease because then I knew I wouldn’t be stung by a huge fee when I came to collect my car. On top on that Ted had my car serviced within the same day, which I wasn’t expecting and went through everything he did to my car with me. He answered any questions I had and took the time to explain things about my car that I didn’t understand. I really appreciated the amazing service and only wished I’d gone to him sooner.

I have been taking my car to Teddy and his team for a few years now. Hands down the best mechanic I've seen. He is very thorough and no BS, which is why I recommend everyone to him!

Excellent job done by Teddy.. He sounds lore like a doctor than a mechanic, describing what exactly does your car need, what you can do without and what you must do.. Though his workshop appears to be a mini Cooper specialist, however, he does other cars as well..

Best Mini workshop around town. Highly recommended if you need a Mini specialist without the dealership price tag. They have everything you need. Keep up the good work guys! Its's REAL!

Extremely happy with the service provided by Teddy. Very friendly, affordable and timely. Teddy took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and showed me the old parts removed when I came to pick it up. I'll definitely be going back to Real Automotive for any car problems in the future.

I've been through several auto service shops and Ted is gonna be last one. My MINI was rear-ended by another driver but I had no idea how to claim insurance. Then I called Ted, he was so helpful and professional that got everything done in 20 minutes. Quite amazing and impressive team!

So happy with the service that we received from teddy at real automotive... He really put my mind at ease over the transmission failure of my mini and was able to source a second hand transmission which saved me a buttload. Highly recommend and now I won't be going anywhere else!
