Living in a very hilly area where phone signal is poor I tried for an answer re access to NBN for some time. Someone I know suggested contacting ReConnect Wodonga. From the helpful and cheerful gentleman who answered my call to the fabulous technician who came to check signal promptly and who also checked around the area and got back to me very quickly, I am so grateful. While sadly I found out cannot yet access the NBN, there was no charge for this service from ReConnect. I cannot rate my experience with this business highly enough. Thanks so much again!

Reconnect communications what a fantastic shop. Service is outstanding and they go above and beyond. Went to a shop today and they said I could have a new phone in a couple of day.i went to reconnect and I walked out 20 minutes later with the new phone I wanted and needed. . Thank you young Codie for your outstanding service ,undivided attention to detail and just being yourself. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks Reconnect you guys are champion's.

Paid for a new phone and was asked to wait whilst they charged it up to check it. This should have rung a warning bell as I've never had to do that before. After 15 mins told still not charged enough to turn on..... 10 mins later the guy hands me my brand new" phone and it's covered in finger prints

Helpful staff knowledgeable about their products and what they can do. Recommended over the Telstra store as you don't need an appointment to do anything.
