Alira Berwick Estate

We purchased at the Alira estate in Berwick. From the outset we were pleased with the level of service given by the team. They are diligent in following up any questions & were happy to accommodate my design requests. Trudi and Hong were extremely professional.

Have been looking for land in south east area for few weeks and suddenly noticed new release in Alira Estate. Received good support and great helps from Trudi & Bec for securing land in new stage earlier in Nov-20. Looking forward to build home soon.Originally promised Q2 2021 for land settlement but looking current very very slow progress with development Stage 6B, I am very disappointed with my plans and soon my builder quotes will expire and I would need to pay extra cost to latest charges to build home. Very much disappointed with progress of land development process and every time I range to office I am not getting any clear response from land sales team.

Very pleasant and helpful experience dealing with Trudi and her team. It was a long journey finding the perfect spot which came to an established estate Alira. The estate have nice wet lands and near to shopping center & Railway Station, Childcare & Schools. Trudi has been an amazing host throughout the journey with her professionalism and follow-ups.

With the help of Trudi we are able to take quick decision to buy our land at Alira Estate.Its like dream come true to have land and build home in Alira Estate in Berwick because of Alira Estate have very nice parks and wet lands,very near to big shopping centre,Railway Station, Childcare & Schools and Temple for positive Vibes.

I understand that navigation of the covid check in rules are difficult, however being asked for ID after showing my check in status on phone is not right. If the sales agent had actually read their own posters in the office ID is only required for manual covid vac certs. Pity as her insistence she was right made rest of experience not so good. Knowledge of estate was good.
