Decided to give this place a try as it was very popular online. I must say, the prices were a bit shocking as it was very expensive for a basic meal. I understand if the amount served is generous however this was a small meal. The only positive thing I can pinpoint is the customer service, they’re all very nice people, the breading on the chicken was quite nice and crunchy, it was also juicy though the flavour was lacking same for the gravy. I’m disappointed to say I won’t be returning. I really hope the restaurant listens to the reviews as I am not the only customer with this opinion.

After waiting a short time for our meal, we weren’t disappointed. Our jalapeño burger was delicious. Well balance, fresh salad served on a soft fresh brioche bun. Delicious and a must try.We also ordered the “A2” 2 piece chicken. Again a slight wait for the chicken (as it is not precooked and kept warm) so if you are wanting this delicious chicken… plan and book ahead. Anthony and the team will Bend over backward to ensure your experience is a positive one.Once the chicken and rice arrive I was very surprised at the serving size. 2 large thighs (on bone) pieces of chicken was presented with white rice and gravy. For the Filipinos out there…. This meal will remind you a little if home….. it did me :)Good ambience and easy access just on jetty road. We will Definitely be back. Salamat Po!

Uncle Docs, small hole-in-the-wall eatery, but the BEST fried chicken wings on top of a pile of chips, both drizzled with plenty of sweet & spicy sauce, and including a mini tub of slightly sweet tasty coleslaw. Haven’t tried anything else - can’t go past the sweet & spicy chicken & chips!! Oh, the service is excellent and I like the background music.

A surprisingly delicious takeaway shop in the heart of Geleng; destined for great things I reckonMy partner and I came here on a whim whilst passing through, and I was blown away by the quality of chicken alongside the friendliness of the staff.Making a decent chicken burger is easy, but making a great one is very difficult. Utilising chicken thighs (I think), this place produces one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had in a while - great workIf you’re in the mood for a quick snack, or a lunchtime meal, I’d definitely consider this place

Visited Uncle Doc's for the first time, and very impressed. Only downside is the menu is a bit pricey but definitely worth trying out at least once. Service was friendly and helpful, and it would have been such a lovely place for dine-in (simple but clean retro vibes - great beachside setting), but we did takeaway instead. Note: good idea to make use of their free gloves, because the best way to eat their fried chicken is with your hands!We tried three flavours of their signature fried chicken, with chips on the side. The chips were all right, but the chicken was cooked and seasoned so beautifully. Very crispy and flavoursome. Also recommend trying their Filipino-style spaghetti bake - gooey, creamy, cheesy and also super sweet. Hope to return again to try more of their menu.

Not worth the effort going there...Went there to try chicken and burger steak combo on a Tuesday cost $25 which is like too much just for this compared to other places that can give you a bigger serving and taste..Gravy, chicken, and steak are all ordinary KFC is better really or any other fried chicken I've tasted so far..waited for 30minutes..Dunno why it's overpriced when there's nothing special about it lol. This is a place where you will try and not come back anymore ..hope they improve the pricing and serving cos not really worth the wait and effort...my husband was just laughing at me while eating this cause he saw the disappointment look on my face while he eats food he ordered from another store.

Small casual shop really close to the beach. Great takeaway portions, or a quick dine in. Burger steak rice meal was very underwhelming, considering the price was quite expensive and the taste was mediocre.The 4 flavours platter consist of original, spicy, cheese and soy. Comes with rice, can change to fries. Fries were not bad but a little soggy. The fried chicken was quite good but some pieces were served cold, probably left on the side for too long.. Flavours were good overall. Friendly staff.

Solid fried chicken place with a Filipino touch which tastes similar to Jollibee.Limited seating indoors and outdoors but all the more reason to walk and eat at the Glenelg beachside.Food took a while to prepare but it was very busy when we ordered on a weeknight. The fried chicken was solid (the cripsy skin was perfect) but enjoyed the burger steak much more despite the appearance. Would visit again as my go to Filipino fried chicken spot.Pictured: fried chicken, burger steak with gravy and rice
