Paid $97.00 for the seafood platter for 2 people. We picked it up and walked 2 minutes to the beach to eat it. The seafood was lukewarm to cold. At that price point, this was completely unacceptable. Everything was dumped in the container in a haphazard fashion. The Greek salad was a tiny portion. I asked before I ordered whether I should order a seperate Greek salad but was told no it is huge and will be enough for you. The only plus was that the staff were lovely. I wish I could have returned the seafood and got my money back. Even at $40 this would have been a very average serving. Avoid this place.

Ordered Bread told no bread.Main meal gr8. Asked for desert and told we not doing desert. We were sent the menu of what they have when we booked nomination there would not be Bread or desert. Very disappointing.

Delicious Mediterranean rice and green salad.Lamb was soft.Chicken was a bit dry.The portion size of Seafood Platter ($42) was smaller than expected given its price.We had a cocktail ($18) although was very plain with no decorations and tasted like cordial.Galaktoboureko was delicious.Baklava was too sweet.The service was slow and too casual.The vibe was great as we were able to dine outside at the closed off street.

We have been visiting Byron for more than 25 years. While many restaurants have come and gone or been a bit hit and miss, The Cyprus Tree has never disappointed. The food is amazing and the front of house always friendly, professional and accommodating. Definitely the perfect spot for catching up with friends because the menu caters to all.

We visited Byron Bay for dinner and went to this cute little Greek restaurant, the food was amazing, I had the stuffed pepper and it was absolutely delicious and so filling! My partner had the seafood Mezzare and it was so fresh and tasty! The staff were absolutely lovely, while they were busy, they were apologetic and tended to all our needs. Definitely recommend if you are in the Bron Bay area! Will be going back again soon!

Absolutely a highlight! The seafood platter was stunning, perfectly cooked prawns, soft supple calamari, char grilled octopus, hands down best seafood! We really wished you were in St Kilda, this is what we need! Thanks for organising the takeaway.

Such a great place to visit in Byron.Great atmosphere and wonderful service!Very popular and busy so it’s best to book.Very reasonable prices and corkage is only $2.50!(The meal below only cost us $62.)
