Great customer service, family run bussiness with loads of different products. Great for spare breast pump parts, etc. Not so great if you're not into expensive products like teethers and what not.

This morning I was on my way to a babyshower and in need of a gift. I placed an online pickup order literally 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. Rude of me, I know! When I got there at no joke 5 minutes to close I was greeted by the friendliest man. I know this sounds ridiculous, but he just gives off the vibe that he'd listen to your problems and tell you everything's going to be okay haha. He didn't seem at all bothered by my terrible timing. Not only was he aware of my order (I thought I'd be lucky if it had even been seen given it was only placed 10 minutes prior and right before close), but he had my order already completely ready to go and nicely packaged for me at the front desk! I was in a rush and got in and out in under 30 seconds. Stunning! Will definitely be back. What a gem of a man and what a great little shop. Thank you!

So pleasantly surprised! I placed an order at 2am Sunday night and by midday Monday, my order had already been packed and shipped. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Also great affordable prices!

Best customer service!! Just replaced my sons beloved cuddle toy that we had lost, and the friendly man took the tags off straight away for us to give my son before we had even paid. We have used their online shop numerous times also and have had things delivered the same day in their baby taxi. I just cannot rave more about the service!!
