Tim and the team looked after my car. Although the engine issues couldn’t be fixed at the end due to its extensive damage and the large potential costs involved, he offered me a refund In good faith for the work that his team has done. I’m really thankful as the old car has been giving me and my partner a lot of grief.If a business always find ways to resolve their clients concerns, it’s definitely a business to return to . I will certainly bring my future cars here for service and prefer the business to friends and family members.Thank you.

Extremely happy with the professionalism with these mechanics, I haven't driven the car for 10 seconds after picking it up, and could tell there was a difference with it, and could not be anymore happier, Pricing was Very reasonable and fair considering the amount of things my S line A3 needed, was very quick to complete the job.I would recommend Northside Euros to anyone.Northside euros will be my go to mechanics for my services, any fix that needs done, tuning, and upgrades

After months of dealing with some ‘unknown’ faults and the original dealership mechanic just recommending I replace part after part which would have cost $10,000+ and taken 3 months to arrive, I decided to take my car into Tim at Northside Euros instead and he got it fixed overnight and found the actual root of the problem for me which saved me thousands! Incredible service

Recommend by another amazing workshop here, the team where absolutely amazing with my 2016 R Line Passat in diagnosing the faults over the Christmas New Year period. I dropped it off a week prior to it’s booking and got it back the day before the actual appointment all running smoothly. Can’t thank you guys enough for the prompt and professional service you all provided me thanks I’ll be back.
