Do not use this company - a new year means a new Google Business account to avoid all the previous 1-star reviews from parents who have not received what they paid for. They do not reply to emails, they do not answer the phone, and they do not deliver on time. I ordered Nov 21 and am still waiting as of Jan 29 to receive my child's books, with no delivery date provided. But please don't take my word for it - check out their other Google listings and the 100-odd 1-star reviews from other people just like me.

Well really it didn’t surprise me when I saw only 1 star reviews. Like all the others I waited and waited for my order to arrived. After countless emails and very unapologetic phone calls and them refusing to give me a refund my order finally arrived only to have items missing. Absolutely appalling service. Just shocking. Never again

I wish they had less than one star review. Terrible company, will never use it again and if you want to save your money and time better buy supplies from other resources. We are going in to fourth week of school and still book pack has not arrived, no reply to emails or calls. I am very disappointed. Wish I had read reviews before placing our order.

I ordered our pack on the 14th of January for my daughter in prep (1 day after cut off because we were relocating states with stacks on our mind) and was assured they would do their bests to arrive before school started. But I understood it would be late. Well half a dozen calls, promised call backs and escalations that never seemed to happen. Goods still not received and it’s the 7th of March. My daughter is not the only one waiting on her stuff either. It’s just crazy. I get delays in stock due to covid but the fact customers have to chase everything and no correspondence to let us know is really unprofessional. Some of the staff sound down right over being abused by unhappy customers. Some were really helpful but still not received when it was advised. Really disappointing because we wanted to support small business instead of the big chains but after this experience I wish I google reviewed instead of just going with the schools suggestion. I’ll be escalating this at the school also.

Ordered school pack early November 2020, still not receive January 2021 and no reply on my email. Will never use again

No delivery of pre-ordered goods, two years in a row. The company refuses contact with all customers who have prepaid orders, through multiple channels. This is a giant rip-off and should be avoided at all costs. They are letting down children and they don't even care.
