Made a last minute decision to get a complete new hair style. Crystal made me feel so comfortable and it looks amazing. Can’t fault it! Excellent customer service also. Thanks for the fresh and new me ♥️

Wasn’t a great experience with my hair colour, reason; it was over bleached/not the right colour which was asked for and didn’t take any accountability which considers as very poor treatment experience. Unfortunately they have lost a customer.

I have been going to this salon for the last 5 years and when I heard that there was a change of management I was a bit apprehensive. I am really glad I didn't change my hairdressing salon because Crystal and her team are fantastic. Friendly, professional and honest- what more do you want!!! A special shout out to Crystal and Rita as well who do my hair and I get so many positive comments. Thanks ladies!

Highly recommend In2Style! For years, Crystal has been the only person to put scissors to my hair. She always does a magnificent job on my haircuts & she does a beautiful bouncy blow wave. Crystal is always up for a chat and provides lovely service. Thanks Crystal, keep up the great work!

Absolutely love this salon and their professional staff especially the time and effort they spend to ensure customer satisfaction. The owner has been my hairdresser for the past 2 years and I would not go anywhere else in Melbourne. Thank you Crystal and your fabulous team. Keep up the superb work your doing.

hair styling services are very overpriced and for the quality could definitely do at home. i had another lady not crystal and she didnt even use any heat protectant for the curls and used a muk straighter on an extreme high heat. for the rest of the day i kept smelling burnt hair and my hair is now very damaged. the salon was not very organised and they did not have tools readily availiavble and did not cater for dark hair as only had brown coloured bobby pins. for the price i paid it was not worth it. didnt evn get gHd curls :(

an absolutely amazing and welcoming salon ! ive had alana and crystal do my hair and it’s always turned out gorgeous. everyone here is lovely to talk to and they all provide the best services i’ve personally had.
