We used to go to this restaurant a lot when it was owned by its previous owner, Sophie. Having been out of the area for a number of years, we hadn't been back for a long time, until tonight.The food was somewhat different to what we remember, which one would expect given the change in ownership and in the kitchen.However, the dishes that we ordered were generally quite tasty, particularly the Sang Choi Bow. The service was friendly.We went on a Saturday night. There were several tables still available, but there were a reasonable number of customers dining in and for takeaway.

After a few successful meals from this place we ordered a $100 meal today. When we opened the package at home, no sauces were included for the meals. Think dry satay sticks, honey-free honey chicken, and none of the usual plum sauces etc for the entrees. When I called to mention the shortfall they denied it, then asked if I was sure there were no sauces, duh, yeah I'm sure! To resolve the situation they offered me a 10% discount in compensation for an inedible meal. When I pointed out that we were unlikely to order from them again based their service, they had a good laugh! Will not be ordering from these people again.

Don’t get me wrong the food at this restaurant is very very good. I understand at these times with covid they can be very busy with takeaway orders however for some reason my order through menulog was rejected so I went down to the restaurant to order the food. The girls working there were lovely but a man by the name of DAN would have had to be the rudest person I have ever encountered. He was disrespectful to me as an older person (he was probably 20 or so) and when I asked for an apology he just dismissed me and said thank you. There is no excuse for this behaviour!!!!

The food is actually good. The younger staff quite friendly and helpful, although the older man who seems to be the manager is quite rude, abrasive and seemingly annoyed that we were in his establishment. I'd give it a miss if you want a pleasant dine in experience. Take away or delivery might be a better option.

Surprise, surprise - fantastic food and service ! We have ordered Combination chowmein and Tofu & vegies - both were quite tasty without being salty. Service was quite attentive and the place was clean in a small restaurant. They also gave fortune cookies at the end which was a pleasant surprise for a happy ending. Looking at many bad reviews below, I found most are related to Uber eats - which could mean, come to the restaurant and enjoy !!!

Not much meat in the food, tasted average and isn't worth your time unless you really feel like you need some Chinese food. We even offered it to the dogs to eat but even they couldn't down the food. I think that just about sums it up.

Ordered a satay chicken off Uber eats, specifically asked for no onions if possible as I do not like them - after 2 and a half hours of waiting for my food, I open it for it to be completely full of onions and only a few pieces of chicken. I’ve ordered from this place a few times and it has never been this slow or poor quality - pretty disappointing and I will not be reordering, but from reading the other similar ratings of this place it seems like they probably won’t care anyway.
