I'm renting 2 years here, but I wouldn't recommend this agency. I had water in my toilet from upstairs since 4 weeks ago. I am complaining every day, and this agency and strata don't do nothing... they still waiting till approval to do all the job. But every single moment I'm sitting in the toilet I got water over me, over my head, my shoulders...I am asking to do something temporary, and I don't have answers about it.Definitely Im going to put a tenancy report.Completely a nightmare!!Specially Luisa

After my partner and I arrived in Sydney it became quite apparent that finding a property in this city is intimidating and difficult. The whole process became easy over night after the help we received from Ray Murray. He has been an incredible help to us, any enquiry we had was answered swiftly by him and no matter how busy he was he would give us his time to help. We are over the moon with how the process went and are very grateful for the service we received.I would highly recommend working with harcourts and especially Ray when looking for a property in Sydney!

I always appreciate my agent Liliana.She always respond very quickly and solve the problems as professional.And Rey Marry responded things very quickly and explained things nicely until I understand.They are the agents who you wanna havein real estate business!!And also a receptionist lady ( Sorry I forgot her name). She always greeted me very nicely, and make contact with agents as professional as possible,which is very important to deal with them and make your day nicer.I’ll recommend those team members!!

As new tenants we been very happy with Elle at Harcourts. She has responded to our requests extremely quickly and always in a very professional manner. She has had some very good suggestions to resolve issues which seem well beyond her years. I have had lots of experience of agents as both a tenant and landlord and would happily recommend her to either. If my property was within her geographical reach I would not hesitate in hiring her.

I wish there were 6 stars to rate from because 5 just doesn't do it justice!My partner and I worked specifically with Ray Murray and he was just phenomenal. At a time when the market was so competitive Ray went above and beyond to help us secure our perfect place.He is truly so caring and has a genuine passion to help and support you which I feel you don't get from many leasing agents. To many you are just a number, but that is not the case with Ray. He is incredible at his job and I know for sure we will be using him in the future. Can't recommend him enough.

These guys are the best in business... I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provided to us as renters. Any issues, were sorted out promptly by Sharon. She's brilliant and an absolute credit to the Harcourts business. If I was renting out or selling my own property, I'd have no hesitation using Harcourts. Best in the business.
