Similar story to other reviewers. I realised I had forgotten my sunscreen, went in, bought an invisible zinc, small bottle of water and pack of small tissues. Charged $45.00. The invisible zinc has a RRP of about $20, must have charged near double. No prices on the items and no breakdown OK n the receipt

Avoid this place. They don't have price tags on their items. They don't provide a receipt. For any other unlucky victims, please report this business' predatory practices to ACCC.I bought a sanitary pad at the price of $11.95. Normally only costs ~$4 anywhere else. I only realized the price when I received a transaction notification from the Commbank app on my phone.After I checked out their Google reviews, I saw that other people complained about similar problems. So I went back to the pharmacy and questioned them, and got a $5 refund.I understand the price could be different for a small business pharmacy vs chain supermarket, and I'm willing to pay a few dollars extra, but almost trippled the price is definitely a ripped off. It's also inexcusable for them to hide their prices to try and steal some extra dollars from customers before they realise what's going on.

I got charged $6 for a calippo, which is a rip off. There was no price tag anywhere, which I’m pretty sure is illegal

They wanted to charge me $169 for a box of 5 Rapid Antigen Tests, they didn't have any of them in at the time on New Year's Day but that was the price. Avoid at all costs - total thieves.

I'm writing this review as I'm concerned about how this business is operating.Same story as other reviewers , stay away as you'll be ripped off.Yes , I understand this is a tourist place and an expensive suburb, but nobody should be paying triple the amount of money for items that are above the recommended retail price.If this chemist doesn't get invested by the authorities, this situation will be ongoing as I'm concerned that the owners are clueless about Australian consumer laws or how to operate a business in Australia and will continue to rip customers off.

I paid nearly $25 for Visine eye drops that cost under $8.00 any where else. Prices aren't marked , eftpos machine didn't work properly, no receipt given. wasn't until I left that I saw the charge in my bank. Abosolutey no morals, Clearly been ripping ppl off years with no conscience. After reading these reviews It's hard to believe that something hasn't been done about him and he is still in business and continuing to thieve from innocent people.

In the week before Christmas, this man was charging $170 for a box of 5 RATs. He also pressured me to buy more boxes than I needed, refused to issue a receipt, and insisted he was unable to refund for the unwanted boxes when I brought them back just minutes later.

Super friendly and helpful. I appreciated they went out of their way to assist me. Great to have something like this, local.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years.I ALWAYS found John the pharmacist to be knowledgeable,helpful and always eager to help his customers together with a friendly smile on his face.At times when there were medications out of stock he’ll go out of his way to source them or find an alternative option.Thanks John you honestly deserve the 5 star review I posted:)
