Greencross Vets Armadale

Not our first time visiting Greencross we have to say that today's visit was unacceptable. We were given a 2.40 time pretty specific, yes?Arrived a couple of minutes early, only to be tucked away in a waiting room and forgotten about 40 minutes later we had to walk out, without our pet being seen.Definitely can't recommend this one, and won't be going back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

While the vet was amazing, the nurse was very rough. Customer service skills were lacking, we left feeling like the worst pet owners because we didn't know one or two answers to questions. Her directions were very loud and brisk and we got scared bout doing the wrong thing. Might work well on other clients, but as a first time pet owner it made me feel so low.Vet was amazing though, absolutely lovely.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonable prices in a central location. Easy access parking and accessible facilities for mobility impaired. Easy to book online and cancel online if required.The Doctor was very calm and reassuring as she assessed my puppy who was going into anaphylactic shock, blood pressure dropping and temperature dangerously low. She took gentle care of both myself and my puppy and explained her next steps reassuringly. I appreciate the doctor's care and reassurance and was touched by her gentle mannerisms.The care from the first phone call of concern to the practice, to arriving and being seen to, with the Doctor checking in with me every so often to update how my dog was recovering, through to finalisation of payment and sending info to the insurance company for me - every step of the way was done with kindness and consideration, helping me feel at ease that the very best was being done for my puppy.

Highly recommend Greencross Vets Armadale for anyone seeking excellent consumer services for both you and your pet. Health Pets Plus has made my 1-year-old GSD's journey affordable and the services included have given me peace of mind in times of need. Thank you Greencross team :)

Happy with their service. Vet Doctor (Dra. Kia Lim) was very good on checking the health of my GSD puppy. Vet nurses are also friendly.

Took our fur baby as he was itchy & had a sore above his eye. They thoroughly checked him over literally from head to toe. lovley and friendly
