Anaconda Mildura

I attended your opening day on Saturday 27 th March,I was so happy with the service I got. A young girl helped me with everything I needed she was so good. The counter people,so helpful. The shop was so organised,again thank you I will be back very soon. Xxx. Bronwyn and David Yudkin.

I went in for worms but the fridges were empty. Before I was about to leave the isle an employee named Kye helped me out and walked me to the front desk where another employee named Darcy helped me out. Both the boys were fantastic and so polite.

We were assisted by a worker named Darcy who went above and beyond to help us. We asked a lot of questions about a product and he found out the answers and did several price checks. Darcy was very friendly and served us with a smile and genuine care. Because of Darcy's service, we walked out of store with over $200 worth of products we weren't intending to buy that day. My husband and I believe the store is very lucky to have a worker like Darcy! Well done Darcy and all the best for your future!

I went to this shop today (Mildura) was not impressed. I was looking for several things to buy, after seeing them on line. The place was a mess, clothes and coat hangers strewn around the floor (making for a likely trip hazard) for an elderly person like me with a walking stick. However, no one asked if I needed assistance, I did see 2 staff, and at that time I appeared to be the only customer. Anyway, after about 20 minutes negotiating the mess and the haphazard racks I gave up and left. Oh, I did get a have a nice day" on my way out."

This store is the epitome of modern day poor customer service! After purchasing 4 of their premium mountain bikes (Daytona) all of which were faulty they found one of their floor stock was fully functional. In what I thought would be a simple (and common sense) swap I was informed that I was required to pay an additional $30 assembly fee. I shared a little nugget of common sense with the two staff behind the counter suggesting that given I have had to assemble 3 bikes previously and dispose of all the boxes that perhaps the appropriate thing to do was to waive the fee as a gesture of good will and good customer service. They just starred at me with vacant looks on their faces like I was speaking something other than English. After trying to explain what customer service is and getting nowhere , I simply gave up and asked for a refund. Do you self a favour, if you want a bike, go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration

Arriving at about 5pm to get some last minute items there was a couple of people in the store and only 1 staff member at the register which admittedly did greet me. After not being able to locate what I needed I headed down to the cashier to find out where it was. Given directions and away I went still couldn't find it after hanging around the back stock room door where I could hear multiple staff one deciding to do their job and come out. Ask where my item was then told me it wasn't in stock needless to say I was too late to the next camping store and won't be back here again

I have always loved anaconda but after today I will no longer recommend them at all. If you want a fridge for your ute do not purchase one with anaconda. We bought our son one in December it no longer works and they refuse to fix or replace it please ensure you read their store policies. This is one shop that will no longer get our customer service.
