Empower Construction

I'm a small business owner and did contract work for Empower. They owe me $17,000 and refuse to pay. They made all sorts of excuses to avoid paying, such as I can't prove I did the work. Ryan Steyn, the owner, is a conman. What other reviwers have said about dissatisfied clients is completely true. The 5 star review from M Sampo is one of their family members.Update: what's the relevance of my first google review? I came here to let people know you are crooks so you wont be able to continue ripping people off.

Very unorganised.As I worked in the company I noticed alot of dissatisfied clients and employees.Alot of poor quality work un level walls, structural cracks etc that we had to repair with cosmetic renderering not solving the hidden problems.I was told by un happy home owners how they've been let down so many times and how concerned they have been about the work carried out.In response to you reply,Yes I am glad it was only a short time I had awork for yourselves.The management in the maintenance side was extremely poor.Customer I met on jobs did tell me how un happy and badly organised empower construction had been in the experiences they had dealing with the staff members.Also site manager at other sites we had been sent to were extremely happy that I was one of few contactors who could communicate clearly speaking English as so many others could not understand instructions by site managers.Overall a very mediocre company with intentions of progression which fail to provide.

i wouldn't recommend this builder to install csr hebel to anyone. My brand new home is 1 and half years old and the walls have started to crack. I have pics from the day construction started till now. They dont have the detailed knowledge on the installation. they filled sealent without backing rod and you could see broad daylight from inside. and you could pull the sealant out without any force, which could have got water inside....upon statement requested from empower... they stated..... We have been the only installer of Hebel for ..... homes for over 300 of their homes and have had no such issues with this in the past. Rest assured our methods of installation are to standard.

I am a subcontractor and work with many Contractors and Builders. Empower Construction are a great business and company. They are very professional and committed to exceptional work at all times yet, also very approachable and friendly. I haven't done work for empower over the last few months, since returning they have improved so much making sure trades and builders are happy. I will not give this company no star extremely poor quality job and unorganised supervisorIn Melbourne one there supervisor his name is Jordon young have zero experience in construction and he is not paying the small companys and the other one is Anthony he is no idea about anything no experience at all

One of their ute drivers was driving so close to someones vehicle in front, we were forced to go 40 in a 70 zone!!! BACK OFF!

Used to contract with this company previously have reformed themselves and have a very stremlined process highly recommend
