Playing most games for 1 hr for $25 seemed like a pretty great deal. Way too much plastic junk on offer in the ticket reward store. I'd love to see this change dramatically.

Nice place but gets very crowded inside. Very busy on weekends and school holidays as expected. There isn't really anywhere to sit inside. Staff are young but competent. Kids had fun so we'll probably be back again.

My husband and I took our 5year old and 10 year old today. We all had lots of fun, adults and kids alike. Despite being busy there was never more than a minute or two wait for anything.The couple of times we had a problem (newbies so a couple of things we had to figure out) the staff were very helpful.The $100 voucher which comes with an extra $50 credit lasted us a good couple of hours including 3 goes on the VR ride ($7 a pop). I've certainly spent more on activities that I've been dissapointed with, no dissapointment today.Yes, the prizes are nothing special but we just saw them as an added bonus. We felt we got our moneys worth on the games. Lots of fun for all ages.Thanks.

Location: 9/10.Cleanliness: 8/10.Service: 7/10.Great place for arcade games, laser tag, and bowling. Much bigger and better than Timezone in Werribee. I'm pretty sure this place used to be a Timezone but ultimately became Laserquest using the old Timezone gaming machines they used prior to their rebranding, resulting in their prices to freeze. It is cheaper to play here than at Timezone Werribee, even cheaper than Werribee's VIP prices.This place is good for Timezone fans which its worth the drive but only if you don't want to go to Wyncity in Point Cook, Melbourne. This has to be the ultimate place for arcade games and bowling for the entire Geelong. Much better than Oz Tenpin in Belmont and I reviewed them that they should renovate their place because of their faulty bowling lanes and dated arcade games they have.I am disappointed that this place doesn't accept Timezone cards, even though I had like 50c in that card, but I still got a new Laserquest card on behalf of Leisure Networks on last Thursday. This place is more modern than Timezone in Werribee, but is still fairly stuffy in the building.Overall, this place has to be better than Timezone in Werribee and Oz Tenpin in Belmont. Number one bowling alley in Geelong and surrounding areas, otherwise go to Wyncity in Point Cook

$18 for a laser tag 15 minute game. Laser tag centre has been renewed. Sensors pads are very sensitive to guns so great for amateurs as accuracy isn't necessary. Laser tag room is a lot more lit and open which makes hunting your opponents easier.The new indoor bowling area is lovely but has limited opening hours.

Its a lively, clean and vibrant place but it is expensive. The kids do have fun and the variety of games is awesome. The place is colourful, clean and lots going on. There is a great variety of games and laserhunt/lasertag.It would be fun for adults on a date night, or teens catching up with friends and playing lasertag but it's not affordable to be at for very long.It has a fun, busy atmosphere and is usually worth saving to take my kids once or twice a year.Only taking 1 star off because of issues with the cards last 2 times I went as well as not liking the prizes value for tokens.With our card issue, even after discussing it when we noticed on the first game the resolution was penalised by replacing the card with one that had limited access to games. Could only use half the arcade machines and my kids couldn't use the ones they were excited about. I felt so sad and like a let down to them. They were so excited all week to go here but luckily they still were grateful. When you put aside and pay for something pricey, you don't judge the price because all businesses have overheads and reasons for their prices but you do just hope you get what you pay for.The kids still love it though so it is worth saving for as a treat once or twice a year. As well as the birthday parties my kids have attended there it had seemed like kids have a great time.I do believe most of the time they get it right, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, it's just unfortunate we had our issue twice in a row.

I’ve been coming here since I was little and it used to be great but my partner and I will not be coming back we got 2 vip cards with $50 each with the $25 bonus on each card one card want working and the staff was so rude about it. I asked if they could but all the money onto one card as they couldn’t get it to work and they told me they had put the $75 onto my other card and I went to check and I only had $63 we had only played 4 games all were under $3 and she argued with me and as I was leaving she spoke rudely about my family and myself to other people I have tried emailing you to find a solution and nothing I’m really disappointed I used to love coming here

Kids had a great time, I dropped $50 cash somewhere , so there play time was a lot shorter!!!! so I wasn't popular!!! Well somebody scored well and had a great time at my expense, hope they enjoyed it
