Ordered a quarter pounder meal and the burger was like a cheeseburger with only ketchup and cheese. Was also soggy. Coke no sugar was so flat and tasted awful. I was getting no toy for both happy meals until I had to ask for. Wait time was no long in drive thru then had to wait longer then in one of the parking bays. This McDonald’s is so bad and it’s not my first bad experience with them. Won’t be going back. Staff need to be re trained .

Today I ordered the McSpicy with cheese and bacon. Presentation was absolutely disgusting and the lettuce was rotten. The chicken was soggy and tasted off. Service was pretty fast as they seemed to be overstaffed tonight at 7pm and I only counted 2 customers in the store plus 3 cars in the drive through. Which makes it even worse that they didn't pay any attention to detail. Will not come back here

Just got our takeaway meals, size of Quarter Pounder looks like Cheese Burger.Lettuce is in McChicken is not fresh, all soggy, and missing bottom part of the bun!! Wow! What a way to cut cost!

Young girl at the counter looked at me a bit strangely while she gave me my food so I was like something's not right parked up some of our food is missing. Too lazy to just wait for it to be cooked to get the que moving. Thinking Ah they won't care when we got home. Don't go here.

Have lived near this McDonald’s for 12 years. Food is generally not fresh, service is friendly but the wait is always super long. We used to use the drive through. Lately we’ve ordered delivery a couple of times and every time they have forgotten items - example they didn’t put chips or toys in happy meals and another time they forgot a whole pancakes. I don’t usually give bad reviews but after 10 years of rubbish food and super slow service (not enough staff - I feel bad for the people working there), I’m hoping the owners read this and do something about it.

Ordered a promotional burger tonight and not only had it been reheated so the bun was like cardboard the lettuce was shrivelled and brown and the tomatoes were soggy. The fries were also reheated and grose. Thanks for ruining dinner

Went about 7.30 pm Saturday, ordered a drink, apple pie and soft serve, had to wait more than 14 minutes, I could clearly see the kitchen area was messy, chicken nuggets were on the floor, the bins in the restaurant were full and I counted at least 6 meal containers left on various tables after the patrons had left. The priority was clearly being given to the drive through, even the delivery pick up drivers were waiting. When eventually received the order the soft serve was half melted
