Centurion Garage Doors

Wow !! just got my new motor it was fitted very professionally and is so much faster and quieter than the old motor and I love the new phone app.

I purchased a shed 2 years ago, it was erected by the company I ordered it off, came with 2 Centurion garage doors with wind lockers, 3m x 2.8mI have discovered one of the doors is splitting across the seams in 2 places, not used excessively, just normal. But this is a manufacturer fault on the door, and so far all calls to centurion have fallen on deaf ears and they deny it’s a fault of theirs.One year warranty is all they offer on something that should last 30+ years.This to me isn’t good enough.They still have your name plastered across the front, and that makes them yours to replace!!22/3/22Since posting this,I have had Lisa contact me, and they have since replaced the damaged door.At no cost. I just had to get the local guys to install it today.Let’s hope I don’t have any other issues.Thank you Lisa for your help and assistance :)

just went here to buy a garage door remote. Remote was quiet expensive , nevertheless the staff were friendly and hot and service was good. follow up phone support was also okay .

Worst garage door ever . Looked good when installed but after 2 years it still breaks down every 2 months. Motor has no power to lift . Wish I had of known

Wouldn't purchase their products.Aren't helpful with a manufacturing defect or a poor installation but since its a 12months past a 2 year warranty,(2 year warranty is pretty pathetic) don't want nothing to do with it. Even though it is their fault.

I had the BEST experience with Centurian! My install was not an easy one but from day 1 I received excellent service! Everything from the sales presentation to the install was easy and painless. I felt well informed every step of the way and am beyond please with how my garage door looks! I would have been able to achieve this result without all the help I received from the Centurion team, so thank you! Highly recommend!

We use Centurion Garage Doors for a lot of our garage door installations, their doors are quiet and run smoothly. The staff are very easy to deal with and we highly recommend them.

Worst customer service in history!Information on their Timba look doors in nowhere to be found on their website. Apparently none of their dealers carry samples so I took time off work to drive down to Stapylton. Called in to say we might be 5 mins past closing due to bad traffic, got told bluntly no one will be in office at 5.01 pm. Got there few minutes to closing and got told we have 1 min to enquire about whatever. Asked to see some samples of said doors to match some cladding and got told all samples are with sales people who have left for the weekend. Got shown one door on display and some basic info. My neighbourhood B&D dealer was much more knowledgable, had samples of all their range and were more than happy to talk to us past closing even when we made it clear our builders had specified centurion.

Amazing company to deal with. Great product.Have their doors in a shed and a house and I caanot fault them!
