My last 2 visits here in the last week, both times have been overcharged what was on the pricetag. 1st time $8 for 4 bags of coffee beans , and I had already paid, then realized it after paying by card. Teller was trying to get supervisor to refund me money, but after waiting for awhile and numerous calls to superviser and no one coming, I asked her to refund me in cash and she can sort it out later with the supervisor. There was hardly any other customers in the store.Today ,overcharged $2 for 2x cat food that had standard price tag. When I asked to speak to the manager, the teller called a couple of times, but just like last visit, no one came.Luckily noticed before I paid. Customer behind me said it's common here" and she checks her receipt ."

Great variety HOWEVER check your receipts … the price on displayed is not what you get charged at the checkout. 90% of time will be overcharged at least a $1 per item. I’m a regular customer and am always getting refunded. If it continues I feel that they will need to be reported!

I too have been overcharged routinely at this shop. For instance I recently purchased wine marked as on special on shelf but rung up full price at till (a week ago). Yesterday I purchased mushrooms marked $14.99 Kg on shelf but rung up at $21.99kg!!! Prior to that bought some mozzarella marked on shelf at $4.99 but rung up at $7.99 at check out....I am now always very careful to check shelf price against what is charged at check out. I am refunded if I bring the matter to manager's attention but this shouldn't be necessary 50% of the time one shops there....also often refund is given without any apology whatsoever....

ALWAYS check the expiry and receipts here. Or just avoid altogether.I’ve been shopping here consistently for a year, and in every perishable section there are items on the shelf past expiry, on expiry and a day out from expiry. I have had to return items for refund due to expiry.The “clearance” basket has items well past expiry.Quite unprofessional.Last week I saw other reviews about overcharging at checkout. I checked my recent receipt and I was overcharged on a few items: ~$2 on 3 items that I could check, and on all my fruit and vegetables by .05kg on each.Let’s do some maths here. With thousands of customers, those overcharges may add up. However, I’ve been spending $300-400 each visit every two weeks. Now I’ll spend $0 forever. It’s clear from the reviews I’m one of many in this position. Their overcharging has won them a few measly dollars and lost them thousands from me and others. It’s no accident with the prices; each error was an overcharge, not a mix of over and undercharges, and realistically there would almost never be an error with prices unless they wanted one.From a business perspective, cheating your customers is a failure. Get your prices right, also: show me some respect, and I might have considered your business against the competition.Sayonara.

This place charge an arm and a leg, it useto be ok they must realize everyone Is not a millionare. The manager puts prices to high and they have a whack selection on liquorThis place ain't genuine.
