I wouldn't even get a quote from them. I asked for a quote to repair my bumper & they quoted twice the amount of any other shop in the area. When I raised it to the staff I didn't even get as much as a reply.

Damage to the front wing came back looking like new! Battery died in the key fob and the car wouldn't start. Boss then found a battery at home and opened up on a sat morning to sort it out for us.. great service that didn't go unnoticed!

Absolutely crap. Shacks Panel & Paint had my HSV for about two months for an insurance job on the rear bumper. Every time they said it was ready, it came back with further issues, i,e they painted sections on the bumper the wrong colour or I had a new scratch. I've got the car back now again. This time it's been returned with a six inch scratch in the front bumper and the entire car feels like sandpaper, like it's got over spray on it. I've got to a point where I refuse to take it back. If you're looking at getting any form of panel work done, don't use these guys!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I submitted my car for repairs as part of an insurance claim and my car was returned to me in a worse condition! They lost part of my car interior and ruined my window seals. When I complained about my ruined seals they told me it was 'sun damage'. But the damage had only occurred where work had been done, and the vehicle is only 5 years old. Additionally, the door that was repaired has been returned to me with a slow window. They also charged me 385 dollars instead of a quoted 250 dollars for some private work. I was told they would need my car for four days, but instead they had it for eight. They did not even have the coutesy to call me and tell me they would need my car for longer, I eventually called them! The staff were very rude and totally dismissive! After calling the insurance provider my complaints were taken more seriously, but prior to this the staff completely ignored me. Terrible service, take your business elsewhere!
