Booked online, parked across the street but it looks like they have their own parking behind the building. Very easy check in process, no need to bring myMedicare card cause they can pull it up on system. The wait on a weekday Wednesday was quick. They have a someone in training sitting in with the GP. A swift turnaround just to get paperwork for blood work. Will return everyone was very professional

Dr. Satnam Jaswal is an excellent doctor! He is professional, kind, and highly skilled. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service by the nursing staff when administering our COVID boosters. Very caring, and careful. The nurse explained the process and potential side effects extremely well! Definitely would recommend.

I have high cholesterol and take it seriously so I check regularly. To obtain my results I need to have a blood test taken. In practice, that means I am required to:1. Book an appointment with a GP for a referral" to the pathologist.2. Go to the pathologist for the blood test.3. Call back to arrange another GP appointment to obtain the results.Yes

Dr Komal Prabhu was very kind and helpful to my son’s urgent vaccination needs, so I could get him vaccinated in time. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. I was impressed.

Absolute rubbish service. They charge $90 per visit for children on weekend (even though children are meant to be bulk billed). Nevermind I'm more than happy to pay it but they don't even bother to process the medicare rebate. I've now emailed them twice asking why they haven't put the medicare rebate through yet and this is their exact answer that I have cut and pastedPlease note that to be in line with Medical Board policies
