Mel is an absolute god send. She had a challenge after the previous hair salon burnt my hair and it snapped off. She helped me rejuvenate it and make it look healthy and presentable. She took the time and effort to listen and address my concerns, whilst being careful. I'll be going to no one but her in the future. Mel is also a lovely person in general and felt like I was being treated as a friend. Couldn't recommend any higher.
