This company illegally kept my credit card details without my consent and later charged me another fee that I also did not consent to.This fee, for undeliverable items, is only disclosed after you have paid for the courier in full and after the courier has already collected the item, meaning there is no chance of canceling the order.What’s worse is they do not even attempt re-delivery. The receiver of my item had to collect the item themselves from a depot.I wouldn’t recommend or use this company again if they were the only company around.Pathetic.

Great easy site to use. Ordered a pickup in the morning and the client received it just after lunch. Very competitive pricing with fast, friendly and helpful communication when i had a question.Would highly recommend Parcel 2 Courier for your next courier need.

Would highly recommend! I have a small gift box business and use Parcel2Courier for their wide range of carriers that I would not normally have access to. The business account is easy to use and navigate, the different carriers collect direct from my place of business and the Parcel2Courier team are available and happy to assist if there are ever any issues - Like miss typing parcel weights! I have also integrated my Shopify store to my dashboard for easy shipping!

John and his team are excellent, would give them more stars as they went above and beyond for us, answered calls quickly and responded to emails fast, told us where to deliver our urgent A4 envelope instead of waiting for pick up, and followed through till delivery. Also their prices are well below other courierswe were quoted $600 from one company and $450 plus from another, they did it for under $100 from Sydney to Perth.

Do not ever use this service! Item was late, and this company continues to try to take money out of our credit card after more than 3 months with no authority!Terrible. Company, terrible service, and scammer trying to take money out after the service. check the other 1 star reviews they also have!!! not just us.(UPDATE) pictures ( included in this feedback) showing the drop location clearly show that your calculations are incorrect, these have been forwarded to you along with calculations to show that the dimensions you are using are incorrect. We have done everything asked of us, sent pictures of the item, and followed up now with pictures of the drop location and clear measurements. Lastly your comments that my review contains false data is malicious and slanderous... .and we demand you remove your comments

Excellent service from John, no issue too small nor insignificant for him to deal with. Goods not yet delivered, still in transit but now out of his control, costs are realistic. Trust there are no problems at the other end, well done John.

worst company always late and cant find addresses and cant even contact themwill not be using them again, poor service, they then reply to the review saying you got the wrong company so they dont look bad but i posted the review about the right company, after the delivery is way late they pretend they dont know you and you are not in there system, parcel2coirier are a pack of lies, do not use the campany or you will get very service and very late deliveries

We have been using this company for quite sometime and spent thousands with them for our international freights, One of our parcels have been damaged during freight. When it comes to insurance with these guys, it's the worst experience to deal with.There are no direct phone numbers, no idea who you are talking to, Only done via Email, when you call the number one their website, they will tell you to email them only. as they don't want to answer any questions.they give you the option of adding freight Insurance and happy to charge you for it, but when something happens to your parcel, they will not cover anything because they will categorise it under one of their Restricted Items" list.Not recommended if you what to ship a parcel that needs insurance."

Don't trust parcel2courier to get your refund.Customer cancelled their order and parcel2courier was notified same day and redund was requested.They took over 1 month to give me the refund!That wasn't until I had to contact them to ask for it after all that time. Was given some rubbish excuse that it's standard procedure to take over a month for refund and still slugged the $10 charge to cancel. Poorly done.
