Completely unprofessionalWe rented a property threw this realtyWhen we asked for a major water leak into the lounge room to be repaired we received an eviction notice due to the owners not wanting to fix anything just after being offered a further six months lease with a rent increaseThe home was so broken down and full of mould and mice when we told the Reailty of any repairs it took weeks sometimes months for repairs to be done.There is massive gaps around the wall where it meets the floor and under the doors so much so that all kinds of animals could just walk in .We personally had to replace the front door lock due to the door blowing open all the time .One of the front windows wasn’t repaired for several months we had to breach them to get it fixed then the owner turned up with a piece of Perspex and silicone that wasn’t big enough so just filled the remaining hole with siliconOwner of the property entered without notice and even after told not to still entered the yard without permission several timesWhen we looked at the property we asked if rent to buy would be an option we where told definitely the owners would be interestedWe where also told that even tho the property was in a flood zone it’s never entered the house but apon looking at any street view for the floods in the area it well and truely flooded the entire house also many locals told us that the water had come into the home many times over the years.I would add pictures but there is no option to do so on google reviews
