I had SNS with artwork, I am so happy with my nails. The staff were friendly and professional. These are the best set of nails I have ever had and have had no hesitation in recommending an number of friends and family.

Really good service. Staff are friendly. The massage chairs are amazing and the TV content you can't watch is great. The nail colour selections are huge. Loved the range.

The owner/manager is extremely rude and has no respect for customers. She removed my manicurist in the middle of my service to attend to another customer even though i specifically make an appointment every month to get my nail done by her. After waiting 15 minutes I asked when she would return and the owner/manager yelled at me in front of everyone else in the shop without stopping.I felt incredibly disrespected and will not return here again.

First and last time I go here. The young girl did my SNS which took 1 hour and 15 mins! She was painfully slow. I had to go home and refile my nails as they were so wonky.When she finally finished I had polish left on my skin around the nails, when I asked her to remove it she said it will wash off. When I said no she attempted to wipe it off with remover then rushed me out the door as they were closing. Very bad service.

Poor service and really unhappy with my nails and the outcome..Miss communication with the owner. She did not do as I asked her to do on my nails. I went back the day after to ask for a fresh set or to take off as I did tell her it's not what I wanted and I didn't like them. She gave me a bowl to remove them, argued with me and the nails were removed.Definitely not going back there again and will take my business else where. Was a waste of $55. Do not recommend.

Service and quality provided by certain staff is good. I would now only recommend going there when the owner is there.I got my nails done on a Friday and the staff were awful, they were rough with my nails.When I questioned a few things they were doing they spoke about it in front of me.

Went to get my nails done but they totally botched my nails. If you know you can’t do nail design just tell me at the beginning so that we don’t waste each other’s time, i would’ve just picked a different colour and no design. Very upset. Never going there again. You need upfront about what you are capable of.
