Avoid!!! The service is extremely slow. I've given them several chances, and every time it's appalling. Drive through orders take AT LEAST 15 mins, with literally nobody inside or drivethru, just over 30 mins on one occasion after not even making my meal then giving it to someone else. It is literally quicker to drive over to the other side of town and get food from the other one. This store leaves alot to be desired and management doesn't do anything to help it. This store needs to be shut down.

Old mate gave me an ice coffee when I asked for an iced latte. Looked me dead in the eye and said ‘what’s the difference’. I said are you the barista, he said yes. Then said so you just want it without cream?Hope he looked up the multiple differences in the ingredients in his own time. Then proceeded to give me the most burnt ice coffee with no cream on top looking super confused as if I’m his mind this genuinely was an iced latte. Poor effort as usual

HERE WE GO AGAIN. Every single time that I have been to this store, it’s an absolute nightmare. Ordered online today, drive thru pickup. Was told to park and food would be 2 mins. Waited 20 mins. Only 2 customers there. Went inside to ask where food is and they handed me my bag immediately. Walked back to the car and checked… order was very wrong. Turkish BLAT + egg was just sausage patty and bbq sauce on small Turkish bun. Told young kid at counter and he tried to tell me that it WAS a Turkish BLAT. Literally had 0 of the ingredients it was supposed to have. Poor kid was so nervous and apologetic but had no idea what to do about it. Told me there was only 3 workers in. Took 5 whole mins of talking with me and the cook to figure out what they needed to do to fix my order. Chick (manager?) came out and told me the guy out back was in training and apologised. I then watched him remake my BLAT with no gloves on, no hair net, with the Turkish bun put straight onto the steel bench, put the ingredients together with his bare hands, squished it down then grabbed the paper and wrapped it up. HORRIBLE HYGIENE PRACTICES. Bun had sticky dry bbq sauce on the outside of it from the bench. Not from my order. Ended up throwing the food in the bin. Store should be closed down and inspected thoroughly. AND TRAIN YOUR DAMN STAFF PROPERLY. Will not return and will be attempting to escalate my concerns as my multiple online complaints over the last few months have been ignored.

I paid for a hamburger set, 3 sauce, and ice cream, but the staff only gave me a hamburger without saying anything. I asked for sauce and ice cream, but they said no. (because it's out of stock ) Then I requested a refund, which was also refused I paid but did not receive the food.

This hungry jacks is beyond a joke hungry jacks would have to be my favourite takeaway but with every visit I’m missing something from my order on top of taking at least 20 minutes in the drive through quite literally no exaggeration here, no sauce given ever at all and when I’ve asked for sauce I’ve been told no, many times I’ve visited here and haven’t gotten sauce so sometimes when I visit I like to ask for sauce to keep for when they do forget it and was nastily told to move on that was the last straw for me will not be dealing with these guys anymore need a serious overhaul

they filled both me and my mothers sundae half way… and when we asked them to top them up with a bit more ice cream, they gave the ice creams back to us. $40 and thats the service we get?! good burgers and drinks, just need to manage their staff and time better, like ALOT

They really need to look at closing for a day to carry out a complete deep clean. I’ve always given this place another go. It’s generally hit and miss as a whole but my god-the state of the dining room here is becoming a major health and hygiene concern. Glass panes are always filthy, scores of dead flies around the windows, tables not wiped ever. I can’t eat in there anymore. I suggest take away if ordering from this store because you will be put off your food fairly quickly if dining in.

We were the only patrons there and they mucked up our order plus the wait time was ridiculous considering they apart from us there was only 1 other customer.The atmosphere was boring. The food was ok...not hot enough and extremely salty.

Food is good, but oily. However, the restaurant is filthy and disgusting. Especially around the drive through window.
