Our initial conversation with George was informative and there was no push to engage their services. George answered all of our questions and the proposal was prompt and detailed.When asked for documentation to provide to our builder, Rhonda was more than happy to provide plans and control measure documentation to meet the builders needs.We booked in our demolition and were able to follow the pre demolition instructions, our neighbours were well informed of the process.The schedule of the demolition was followed as presented and communicated via email along the way.As our house had asbestos, this was included in the initial quote, but a second skin was found during works. Bit of a surprise but not unexpected given the age of the house. This was communicated and quoted in addition to the quote.Rhonda and team were happy to chat and provide an explanation on the costs.As the works progressed, more asbestos was found in slab and this was hand picked out and bagged, costs were reasonable.Photos of all the progress and evidence were sent in emails and they followed up by phone if urgent.We drove past the site each day and the onsite staff were professional and courteous. Office staff even rang us to advise the machine was on its way to site so my young son could see it in action.We had an existing slab onsite which was to remain and the staff communicated well to ensure that any damage was considered. We were very happy with the result.The site was left clean and the small leak from the water meter was fixed straight away.Will definitely be using Site Demolition in the future and would be happy to recommend them.

We've hired Site Demolition for our knockdown, their team made every step thru the process easy and transparent, all questions were answered almost instantly via emails. Knockdown was carried out professionally, fencing between neighbours are all unharmed. Highly recommend Site Demolition, great service from first contact to completion!

Amazing Work & All Five St*rsSite Demolition had explained the process of demolition and provided all necessary information upfront before signing the contract. With their knowledgeable and professionalism, honesty and transparency which push me decided to go ahead with them. Unfortunately during the knockdown they found concealed asbestos underneath, which cost me additional fees however they have done a wonderful job. The staffs were very friendly and promptly answer on all your queries. You have done a good job Site Demo. !!

What an amazing team!! Highly recommend Site Demolition. Contacted them to book in, discussed our urgency and they fit us in within the week. They were on site bright and early on the first scheduled day and were there every day even when the rain started. Our demo wasn't shy of a bit of surprise asbestos and pierings however they contacted us straight away to discuss and let us know the game plan. These surprises didn't hinder the progress and Site Demolition had the site cleared and ready for building works within 5 working days. The site was left clean and levelled, who knew a block of dirt could look so good :) Thanks to the team for making this stage of our build so easy.
