Cabins @ the View

A beautiful property with beautiful cabins. A relaxing and quiet atmosphere, great views surrounded by nothing but the sounds of nature. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and their dog Rollo while not hanging around desperate for attention was a pleasure to meet and would occasionally drop in to say hello which I appreciated.The spa had trouble keeping its temperature up in the cold weather, but was nevertheless a highlight of my weekend away. My only real complaint would be that the kitchen drawers were disorganised, the knives a little blunt, and that there was only one chopping board, but that's probably just my food snobbery showing. If I could I'd be giving way more than 5 stars, I couldn't recommend the place enough

Very disappointed with the cleanliness and general maintenance. We were part of a group who booked out the house and the cabins. Everyone had the same complaint particularly in regards to the cleanliness. Our cabin had amazing floor to ceiling glass in the lounge area which was covered in cobwebs and dirt. Lights were not working, no wifi even though it was advertised, mould everywhere, filthy ceiling fans, spare blankets had been used and not cleaned to highlight a few issues. This place is located in amazing grounds and judging by reviews from a few years ago was a great place to stay unfortunately that is not the case now.

Great quiet getaway. Peaceful, relaxing, with amazing treetop views against backdrop of city lights. Very clean, everything thought of. Drive revive and relax. Ps spa on deck an unexpected surprise. We will be back.

Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Our booked cabin was not available so we were upgraded". I would hate to see our previous cabin if the cabin we were upgraded to was truly an "upgrade". What we experienced was an extremely dirty cabin - food and spilled and splattered through the fridge and microwave

Could not rate this stay higher. Everything was perfect. The bird life was incredible. To see wallabies feeding outside our cottage was awesome. The serenity of this place. Unbelievable. Very romantic.Felt like a million miles from anywhere but so close. We will be back againNothing else comes close. 6 stars.

I stayed here with family for a wedding I was attending. The cabin we stayed in was beautiful and we loved the hot spa and the gorgeous fireplace complete with the views. There was a couple of things missing that I would’ve liked included for the cabin especially for the price we paid for the accommodation such as dishwasher, coffee pods (there was coffee pods but you had to pay extra to use them), face towels and extra pillows. But nether-less, it was still a lovely stay.

Was a beautiful place to get away for couple days. Would really recommend if your wanting to get away from busy life style and just unwind.

We had such an incredible stay at these beautiful cabins. Excellent views to wake up to each morning and the jacuzzi on the deck was awesome! Getting a lift to and from the wedding we attended was also a bonus. I would highly recommend these cabins to anyone staying in the area.

Went to prepare for my son’s wedding, nearby, which started at 3pm.No power or water until 2:20pm.Wedding delayed until we could get there!Place was unclean with cobwebs everywhere inside and hair over the carpeting. Yuk!
