Wow. For the price Growder Court is more than you expect. Clean, comfortable, great choice of entertainment (not that it was used much when Coolum Beach is a short walk away). Hosts David and Hilary were very accommodating hosts. We'll be back.

Great location close to stores and the beach. My family and I enjoy living here very much. The house is spacious and clean with everything we need. If you have a big family looking to stay in the area, look no further!

Our stay of eight people was quite average, the place wasn’t the cleanest. The outdoor area was quite dirty and the BBQ looked like it had not been cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves. There is no dryer either, only a washing machine so when you visit and its raining the whole time just keep in mind that you’ll have to hang your wet clothes inside which wont dry. We were only supplied one towel per person for three nights hence doing the washing.Another negative about this place is that it is advertised as an air-condtioned unit, well this was not the case. The air-con did not work at all, we rang up about this issue and we were told that they did not want to ring someone to come fix it because of the long weekend. So because of this, it was quite hot and humid at night time and uncomfortable to sleep even without any blankets on. Also I would recommend putting a bin upstairs in the bathroom, so people dont have to walk all the way down stairs just to chuck rubbish out. Also the freezer door does not seal properly, this means there is water constantly dripping out if it and causing a hazard for someone to slip on.Other than this, the place is in a quite convenient location and nice and close to the shops and the beach. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable to sleep on, although one pillow is super thick and one is thin? There is enough room for 8 people to sit down and relax which is good.

We used this accommodation for our golfing break. Very close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, Cole’s, surf club and good coffee. Easy driving distance to lots of great golf clubs. Only a couple of negatives really, dodgy cutlery, chipped cups and plates and no dishwasher. Positive’s were the new BBQ, air conditioning, washing machine and everything worked.

Was definitely an Aussie Chillout! We are having a great stay. A short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and of course the gelato store great for an after dinner walk and listening to the drummers behind the skate park. Unfortunately the weather hasn't been that great this visit though. So we've been making the best of it. Our youngest loves to roller skate and the early morning empty carpark at Dan Murphys makes a great open area for her. Today we're off to Sunshine Plaza, only a 20min drive to have a go on the Next Level Adventure ropes.Only one thing we seem to be missing was a tea towel in the kitchen. But other than that it's perfect for a little getaway. Would definitely recommend to those wanting to get out of the hustle and bustle as the apartment is on a little side street. You can still hear the waves from the beach as the area is so nice and quiet.

A lovely comfortable place to stay at Coolum Beach. A short walk to patrolled beaches. A short walk to the Coolum Beach Hotel and Surf Club. Whom provide quality meals atmosphere and entertainment at reasonable prices. Very close to parks and skate bowl. And a variety of restaurants and shops. A place were you can use the car as little as possible. The residence has all the amenities of home. Added is a variety of subscription entertainment. All this at a reasonable tarrif. You will not be disappointed. This property has ample room for the Kids and friends or relatives. Quiet serenity abound.
