I needed to print off a discount voucher but have no access to a printer. Popped into Maitland Library for the first time in maybe 3-4years, bo library card... no problem. Greg was very helpful setting me up with a new account, explained all the cool & up to date services the library offers & we came away not only with our vouchers but also a Tote bag each full of brochures, pens & Treena got some seeds from the Seed Library :-)

It was an okay library. I've been to much better ones. I found it hard to find books and they didn't have as big of a comic section as I would of liked. But I did find some lovely books.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.The online booking system to request books is brilliant, very quick turn around on orders and no costs involved.The after hours return chute located in the carpark is very convenient.I have used the colour printer onsite too, just required to load payment onto your library card to activate.

Nice library, but there is a lady that works there, short dark hair, that talks SO loud and brash. She even gossips on the phone. Her tone is so abrasive and it’s unbecoming of a library environment. Don’t librarians learn how to be quiet and proper in librarian school?

Extremely helpful staff, welcoming environment, a perfect place for toddlers to be at, they also alter their toys and puzzles regularly, just amazing! we love going there!
