Do not use - Delay, delay, damaged BMW, Andrew, Company Director will not repair or respond, disgusting customer service. Call, call, call, no answer and no updates on ETA, this all prior to over $1000 of damage and will not fix or respond. Seek another company.

My car transfer from Perth to Brisbane and they made my car tyre damaged. And their policy is: As per our terms and conditions there is an excess of $800.00 is applicable per vehicle to all damages payable by the sender/receiver.So I have to fix my tyre by my pocket. It's unbelievable. This policy is unfair to customer and should check with ACCC later.

Absolutely Useless!My car took 7 weeks (originally told 3 weeks)to get from Alice Springs to Brisbane. It arrived damaged and no one wants to Communicate with me to find a solution....customer service support is non existent...serious rip off!

Staff nice. The QR code was for multiple businesses . Transport head office advised car ready for pick up. But car was on trailer in Toowoomba not on Brisbane site. Lucky I was lifted there not ubered with costs. This was the Second time advised of miss location first was on departure which was delayed. Nevertheless vehicle arrived in sound position. Job done.

Had my (new) car shipped from Melbourne to Brisbane. The driver delivered it (dirty so I could not really have a good look) and said there was no paperwork to be done and took off. Next day I cleaned it ready to get a safety certificate and rego. Noticed they had ripped a piece off from behind the rear left wheel (similar on rear right wheel too but only paint damage). Submitted the details only to be told to submit paperwork so they could discuss with the driver (like he is going to admit anything) but that without paperwork they would do nothing. Also brought my attention to the fact that they have an $800 excess so as this repair is $450 they don't need to do anything. So, as usual, buyer beware.I need to edit this review. SMB have accepted responsibility for the damage and agreed to pay for the damage. Credit where credit is due. Obviously I can't give them 5 stars as the damage was still done but I have upgraded the rating as a result of this resolution.

Extremely happy, given a competitive quote from perth to bris and delivered to my door. vehicle was delivered on time, safely, and 100% damage free. What more could you ask for.

Price better than competitors, but 0 communication. Was given an ETA, called to track my shipment 2 days before ETA, was told it was loaded, on time and would be there on estimated date. Then after calling on arrival date" got no answer for 3 days

SMB did me great, shipped my car from Brisbane to Sydney and it’s hot here in great condition, supper fast also. The review online was really bad but the outcome of my car was amazing. Communication 100%Delivery 100%Thanks SMB

Extremely rude and slow service. I've been waiting over 30 days for my vehicle to arrive in Brisbane from Perth. I was given an estimated transit time of 14-19 days.I called today to ask exactly where my car was. The extremely rude lady from SMB stated that it was somewhere between Perth and Brisbane. What a joker who clearly doesn't value customer service.I still have zero idea where my car is or when it's likely to arrive.
