Shocking receptionist ( she needs to go back to McDonald's) , no privacy when asked personal questions over the counter, 2, 1/2 hour wait after being booked in 3 months prior,walked out , and asked for my money back , I would not recommend this halfway house to anybody

I was dreading this procedure however you are made to feel comfortable and well looked after. Dr Davis is lovely and the nursing staff are very caring, even in covid everything is so well organised. If you have any problems don't hesitate to have a colonoscopy and would highly recommend this practice. Thankyou.

I was pleasantly surprised of how professional the nurses and doctors were. Kim and the team did an absolutly brilliant job. As a feedback for improvement the communications with reception wasn’t great sadly one of the receptionists was quite unpolite and grumpy. However it’s reassuring to know there's very professional medical staff on site who can take care of patients so well. II especially want to say thanks to Kim.

Absolutely disgustingly arrogant & unprofessional attitude by head receptionist and doctor!45 minutes past my appointment time I enquired politely for an estimate of how much longer I would need to wait as I too have to work for a living.The head receptionist came out and ORDERED me to sit down! Dr Davis came out a few seconds later with the most arrogant dismissive demeanour and told me it wouldn’t be much longer. I sat down and a further 10 minutes went by before I had to leave to go to work. That’s a total of 55 minutes.This is just another example of a greedy specialist wanting to maximise his income at the expense of his patients.Stay away.

Great staff, even under covid restrictions everyone was helpful, professional and friendly.Theatre and recovery staff were lovely, and the anaesthetist was particularly friendly and reassuring — a sense of humour goes a long way.Thank you to you all

In for a colonoscopy and not knowing what to expect, once I reached the medical staff I was reassured by the workflow procedures - particularly the attention to screening questions and the easy ability to explain them. Afterwards in recovery the nurses were very sharp and noticed every facial expression. Dr Davis patiently went through the results with me.

Had a excellant experience there.when ever you make a medical appointment now you have to expect long time before your seen.

I cannot recommend Eastside Endoscopy Centre highly enough. Like most people would be I was dreading the Colonoscopy however the staff there right through to the Receptionist, lovely Nurses and Anaesthetist went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and not stressed. Most importantly I felt like I was in very competent hands with Dr Stephen Davis as he came very highly recommended and after meeting him I can see why. He had such a lovely gentle manner about him which instilled further confidence in me. If you need to see a Gastroenterologist this is the place to go.
