Bad bad bad, urgently needed a fridge before Christmas, the website said it will be delivered within 3 business days, I ordered on the 20th of December, didn't get any fridge on 22nd of December, and no communication whatsoever. I then emailed them asking about the delivery and they told me no delivery until after new year??? So I'm left with no fridge for almost 2 weeks. When I paid over $100 for the delivery, I expect some level of professionalism, and this is not that at all. Highly recommend checking with them before placing order, otherwise they will leave you hanging.

Usually don't have the time or inclination to write Google reviews but when a company does an exceptional job all round, I like to let others know. The website is very user friendly & the on line ordering process very easy. I had to talk to customer service a few times over the phone & calls were always answered promptly & the service I received excellent. Special mention to Jasmine who answered any queries I had. I placed the order late afternoon & the order was shipped the following morning. Oh & I forgot to mention that they're pricing is very competitive. Very happy with the whole experience.

Purchased a slow release toilet seat a few months ago online from Accent Bath. Was happy with the price which was about $20 - $30 under the walk in store price. Also, delivery times were good. Would highly recommend this company from my experience.

Seamless service. I ordered the wrong items by accident and they refunded everything without charging a restocking fee. I’ll be back to re-order the correct items. I read their terms and conditions and suggest doing so before custom ordering. My only niggle would be that I wasn’t informed there would be a delay due to covid for one of the products I’d paid for. But all in all great service and thanks to the no quibble returns I’d definitely return and recommend.

Horrible to deal with. Ordered a small vanity unit on 9 July and it arrived a month later. When it did, there were strict lockdown rules in place that prevented tradies from attending sites so we couldn't get a plumber. This meant we left the package as-is until we could get someone. When we finally did a couple of months later, we opened the package and the sink was broken. Enquired about a replacement and Accent's response was essentially it's my fault I didn't check the package within 24 hours and they even kindly pasted this reference from their policy because of course, everyone carefully reads the policy of every online retailer they visit so clearly that's a massive mistake on my part. Next time I shop online, I'll pour a glass of wine and get reading to stay on top of my policy game. Anyhow, they offered a replacement at a discounted price so if I had taken up their kind offer, it would've cost me close to $800 for a small vanity unit that arrived broken - sounds like a steal. Judge this experience as you wish but I honestly believe this is not fair for customers. Here's an advise to management": if you're going to refer to your policy in your response to customers

Make sure you check delivery times before ordering. No expectations set prior to ordering. Now over 2 weeks since order and nothing received. Blaming Christmas and the couriers. Have had no issue with other items ordered in past two weeks. Also slightly distressed as I have just read all the other reviews and it seems like these guys might already have a reputation for bad business. If the item ever arrives hope it is not rubbish.

I've purchased 2x vanities, 2x mirrored cabinets and a kitchen mixer. One of the mirrored cabinets arrived damaged and the mixer tap was chipped but Louise was able arrange replacement items sent to my house without issue. Good prices, friendly staff and when issues were encountered, they got resolved happily. Happy to purchase from Accent Bathrooms again.

Buyer Beware! If you buy and it's not what you expected you will be whacked with a whopping 30% restocking" fee plus the free postage and insurance they paid for originally. Plus you have to pay the return postage. There are plenty of companies out there that do not treat their customers like this so I would suggest shop elsewhere and read the refund fine print. I'm pretty sure it didn't say 30%! I do NOT believe the supplier charges 30% to receice an item back that they can sell again at full price. Nice little earner though!I am editing this review because there was no way to respond to Accent Bathrooms response. They stated that I purchased a custom product and therefore have to lump the 30% charge! To my knowledge a custom item is made to your measurements and specifications. This was not the case it was advertised as is on sale the colour and specifications were stated not customisable at all! I am severely disappointed in the way I have been treated by this company."

Big shout out to these guys- the service has exceeded my expectations and is actually quite rare these days. Nothing was too hard, even with items on backorder and complications with delivery (my fault, not theirs) nothing was to hard. They offered fast support time and time again until all my bathroom items were delivered on time with minimum fuss. Such great service- friendly, helpful and efficient! Thanks again Accent Bath- will definitely recommend you to anyone doing a bathroom renovation needing quality items at competitive prices with great service!
