IMHO I find my local store staff @ Drummoyne friendly & helpful. Prices seem ok so far as well. Handy when you need something urgently.

The accesories sold with some equipments are not suitable with the items so they are broken easily. Please investigate in detail when buying an expensive mechanical or electronical product. In addition the company does not take responsibility so one star.

If they don't have it you didn't need it! They have an enormous range of marine equipment for boating sailing and fishing. Very knowledgable and friendly staff make your shopping experience easy.

It's a really nice Marine store with everything you could possibly need at good prices. Also excellent service by experienced people.It is also the only Marine Chandlery in the area.

Great for boating stuff. They have a very wide range. I get consumable items because the prices are reasonable. I've replaced a few anchors, they look cheaper online until you add postage. Cheaper to buy from store. I was pleasantly surprise with lots of items being properly priced, be careful there are still expensive items.

Discrimination I have got a disability and I had a mask exemption but the guy said it doesn’t mean nothing to me he didn’t let me go into the shop I was forced to put a mask on and I showed him proof and he still said put on a mask to enter the store.This world need to learn to treat people equally it’s not fair.Very poor customer service wouldn’t be going back to the Whitworth on Victoria Road ever again .

New boater went in to ask for advice on a few things i wanted to buy asked for some assistance and it was to hard for them finally got him to come out to th seat ranges they had and all the way there kept saying how he couldn't leave the front cause they were one staff member down so he turned around and left not helpful at all in any aspect even told me u have to be a handy man to shop there the shop had two people in it and I was one of the two customers unhappy with the effortless service
