We fitted out our new house with lights mainly from Direct Lighting a few years ago. They were very helpful then and continue to provide us with good support now. Good sound advice and stopped us from making some stupid mistakes as rookie house builders!

Greg and his Wife offer genuine service and advice. they go above what is expected. Even on clearance items where they can't be making much profit, they are very helpful and they don't try to pressure you into buying something else that isn't on the clearance table. very respectful. well done.

Lee is an exceptional sales professional. He is always so pleasant and helpful and goes above and beyond what others in this sector offer. For example, Lee spent time researching and tracking down a particular light that we were searching for for our new home and which wasn't part of Direct Lighting's normal stock. The lights that he found were perfect which showed us that he really listened to what we were describing.Nothing is ever too much bother, and Lee and Greg are just so good to deal with. If they don't have it, they'll find it. If something is not right, they'll address it. Could not recommend them highly enough!

Appalled by the way we were treated in the store. My granddaughter had a rainbow shirt on and was scoffed at and given an eye roll by one of the gentlemen (I wouldn’t even call him that) we were looking at getting all replacement lights but will go elsewhere with the type of treatment we received.
