100%Quality 100%Value 100%I bought one of these online. When I hooked it up, there was a small issue, most likely from shipping. I contacted KegKing and despite the time of year (around xmas), they resolved the issue completely. They gave me personalized service and all was good within 1 week of my first contact. Considering my remote location, that is outstanding!. Not only did they solve the issue, they went above and beyond what was asked to ensure my satisfaction. So 5 stars for after sales service.Now to the product. I challenge anyone to find a more compact, more efficient and cheaper product that can do all this does. It was simple to setup (as long as you can read), operation is child's play and the result is exactly what was advertised (well a bit better actually). It chilled 23 litres of 28 degree wash down to 19 degrees in under 5 hours with ambient 30 degrees plus, and it has kept it there, despite me not using the recommended insulation. (I have it, but I just wanted to test the unit's capability). I could have gone well down in temperature, but the stout I am fermenting did not require it.Outstanding!. If you want to ferment without any temperature hassles, this is the item. It even warms in winter. Try that with any other solution. Its capabilities are well beyond my needs, but now I am starting to think about other possibilities. Well done KegKing!

Really bad customer service. I’ve been to go g them for weeks trying to get a broken kegarator serviced. I’ve had to make so many follow up calls and it’s still not sorted over a month later.The owner reports that it was to be collected on Monday but it was booked Monday a week ahead. I boxed and lifted the kegerator to be left outside for delivery guy. He rang me and said he did could not lift it into the van. Still awaiting another delivery date. Going on 5 weeks.

Terrible customer service. Keg King shipped my order to the wrong address and took forever to respond to queries. It's been 8 days thus far and looking like it will be at least 2 weeks before I get my order (if at all). Definitely won't waste my time ordering from them again.

I reached out to them on Monday regarding a kegerator and the sales rep I was emailing stopped responding. I called on Wednesday and got a quote emailed through again and the sales rep also then stopped replying to my emails. I finally called them on Friday to try and order the kegerator. I ordered and paid over the phone. They told me was in stock and i would get it in 3-4 business days. They then called back to say they didn’t actually have it. The soonest I could get it was January next year. So disappointed I had to chase them all week to get it and even paid for it to get told they never actually had it. Just got a refund instead :(
