Don’t be fooled, they have a $45 call out fee, which wasn’t the issue, the issue was that they tried to sell me new down lights when all the problem was that the lights I had weren’tCompatible with the transformers installed.Untrustworthy.

I found Jason from this company professional and fair.Instead of trying to sell me a costly replacement option (as I had experienced in the past with few others) for an LED ceiling light, he fixed the issue and charged me only the call out charge of $45!!!

Work was performed by on of their subsidiary business names 'On Time Local Services'. Was quoted $3200 to install 3 ducts for fans, 1 was in quite an awkward position between a few joists. After paying the deposit and works planned for the following week, no one shows up. I called up the fella who came for the inspection and he says the external fan grills were not available and was surprised the office didn't call me. The office calls me late afternoon (5 hours post expected start time) and says the tradie called in sick and reschedules for a week later.A week later again no one shows up, I call the office again and they state that the tradie called in for a family emergency and he'd contact me to reschedule, not a word of apology and again no one thought to notify the client of that fact... The following week I receive a call and plan a date, he does show, after properly inspecting the areas for the ducted fans this time realizes he's unable to do one of them due to structural issues. As a result I tell him just to deal with the one difficult one, gets done but required a complete change of the fan as they didn't do their research prior that the currently installed fan doesn't support a duct. Final cost comes up as $2670 and excluding the plastering of 3 large holes, two thirds the quoted cost with just one third the job done. They duct and fan seems to be installed well.The poor rating is poor communication, poor surveying skills/quoting and what I feel to be poor value, workmanship seems decent. Given the choice take your money elsewhere.

They are telling you on their add that you will get upfront cost of all the work that needs to be done. They forget to mention $65 call out fee... which is not refundable
