Jack serviced my evaporative cooling. Was late for appointment but did let me know. Didn’t seem to take very long to do the work and left the evaporative cooling on with the windows closed when he tested it. Didn’t replace the mouldy filters as there was a delay getting stock. Didn’t respond to my email about rearranging appointment to replace them.

Jack although polite and helpful during the quote process, was late to the appointment for install, dinted my wall with a ladder and overall quality of work was not great.
