I went there15/12/16.I must admit I was wondering what I was in for with the varying reviews on here.I was more than impressed with the friendly service and the helpful tips about how to correctly thaw out my prawns.The manager even insisted on using one of their trolleys to carry my 10 kgs of prawns to my car. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Definitely the cheapest prices around for fresh seafood as long as you purchase in bulk.Really enjoyed best BBQ Barra ever - see pic (Even if I had to buy 2 very large fish).

Recently purchased some salmon and noticed that there were a couple rotten ones. Today, I had the same issue because they were trying to sell rotten fish again; this was the second time I experienced this with this store. After asking for a replacement, the owner verbally abused and threatened me to leave the store. Extremely disappointed at the poor customer service behaviour and cheating business towards their clients.

Recently bought some tropical pinky and they were rotten,also bought 10 kg mullets and they were rotten as well,not happy

People need to remember that if you are rude to the staff they have the right to speak to you in the same manner so if you have been waiting out side in a line up waiting to get in.Just be a little patient and remember while you are out side talking to your family or even just some one in the line the staff in side haven't stopped and are trying to attend to your needs at the best to there ability.I have been going to this shop for over 15 years and I have not yet had a bad experience .I have been in retail for meany years I know how demanding some people can be.

In the past, they were good, but during my recent visits, I noticed a trend where they give you something of poor quality initially, and only provide better quality items if you request a change. Today, I was specifically looking for raw king prawns, but the impatient salesgirl brought out a box of prawns that appeared to have been tampered with. When I questioned her, she insisted that the box was packed that way, and when I pointed out a tiger prawn on top, she claimed that it was more valuable and expensive than the king prawns. I had to insist on changing the box, and while the situation was somewhat amusing, her attitude was unacceptable. I will not be returning.
