I cannot recommend Mia and her gorgeous crew at Sass & Soul Eumundi enough! Mia is one creative lady & I enjoy visiting her soulful salon full of eclectic artworks & happy relaxed vibes. I always feel great after leaving the salon & my teenage daughter loves her blonde highlights & funky cut by the lovely Seeney too. (Caroline & Sienna)

Such lovely staff and salon! I got the keratin straightening done and it worked miracles! My hair has never been so soft and smooth, it completely transformed! I would definitely recommend and get it done again! Thank you

Customer service non existent at this business. my ten year old Daughter visited as her new Fringe was sensory for her and rather than talk it through or find creative ways to help the hairdresser here gave her an entirely new haircut, including using hair thinners which hurt my daughter and had not been requested. she is heartbroken that her cute haircut is now destroyed by the buzz cut" she was given here. her hair sticks straight out and has zero style. when I went in to complain I was told the salon would only speak to my husband

I love this salon and will definitely be my local now! Really skilled in both colour and cuts and helps you work out what you want! Really lovely atmosphere and very reasonably priced!

Wow does this lady know her stuff!Mia is so creative and knows exactly how to style hair perfectly to suit your face. Her hair salon is tastefully eclectic, with her own art works adorning the walls. I was so happy with my cut that I've sent the whole family along. She has even manage the tightest of curls, which is tricky from experience.I highly recommend Mia at Sass&Soul

Hair Extension experience was a nightmare!. It has taken me several weeks to decide whether to write this review as I was a loyal customer of Mia’s for a few years before I had this experience. I also have new hair extensions that are amazing so I have something to compare to. My first hair extensions experience was with Sass and Soul earlier this year when they launched their new service and it was incredibly upsetting and traumatic for me. I trusted Mia and so decided to invest in a head and a half of extensions. The results were amazing, unfortunately the experience deteriorated the moment I stepped out of the salon. Incredible amount of matting and knotting after first wash; wefts falling out completely after a few weeks; breakage to the point where I only had 4-5 inches left of the original 20 inches within 3 months! I was incredibly patient and continued to leave work to rush to the salon every time the wefts fell out and was only charged for maintenance some of the time it was fixed up on top of the regular maintenance costs! After spending over $1000 on the initial extensions I was expecting superior service and a quality product. I got everything and anything but that. A horrendous ordeal that resulted in me leaving my hairdresser for good, after a blame shift at the last minute when Mia realised she wasn’t getting a reimbursement from Go Girl Extensions (her supplier). Mia not only blamed the disastrous experience on me, she went the extra mile with lies about me using incorrect products and not looking after my hair. I was terribly disappointed with Mia’s response to my legitimate concerns and her lack of accountability for her services. I now know my concerns were valid from the beginning when I rang to query the matting after the first week. Complete lack of professionalism and treatment of a client in an effort to maintain her reputation and not be financially responsible for poor product and services. The one star is for Ella who, at least, seemed to care.

Another great visit to the girls today, lots of compliments even from my husband. Love my new cut and colour. Thank you Sass & Soul Team ❤️

I really enjoyed my experience here in this gorgeous salon in my home town. I came across this salon by chance and I am so glad to have found a kind and gentle hairdresser such as Mia. My cut was lovely and EVEN! The price was very reasonable too. I felt comfortable and have recommended to my BFF and family. I’m so glad to have found such a decent and nice hairdresser who can cut hair beautifully. Thankyou. ❤️
