Wolf 4x4

Simple order, front recovery points, told 3 days, paid the money. 3 weeks later told they couldn't get them, so will refund my money. Went elsewhere order received in 3 days, 3 weeks later still waiting for the refund. Lazy I think is the word for these people, just do your job.

I ordered Leitner racking for my Silverado, this being the best fit. Ordered in December (XMAS New Year period) and received yesterday. I was a bit anxious in regards to the extended timeline and started to read comments on Google. Yes the communication was one sided initially, however; the team at Wolf 4x4 advised that my items had cleared customs and is now instore for despatch.I am happy with my products and thank the team at Wolf 4x4 for putting up with my hounding. Do not purchase anything from this company. Think they’re going bust. Took my money for a bullbar. After months of trying to get into them they finally said they cannot get the bar and said I would get a refund. Weeks later still no refund and cannot get ahold of them anyway. The store front is also closed!

I had a wonderful experience at Wolf. Granted wait times for products are taking longer due to production and shipping delays in this current climate. They doing the best they can with communicating delays.

Horrible service. Purchased a product from them as a in store pick up. Left a note saying I was coming in at 1pm, got their to a bloke saying they have to be specially ordered in. They don't hold stock, when their site clearly stated in stock".Asked for a refunded to be informed they had no accounting team on hand. So I won't receive money for God knows how long. Redicilous service! Usless!Had to call the manufacturer to them to sort somehow to track down one since I drive 4 hours to get nothing. Unreal never going back again and be on the phone daily untill I get my refund. I should note the manufacturer searched their page and nothing's states they have to pre order the product in!"

Bought the new WAR suspension for my 300 series land cruiser. Wow! Best suspension setup I have experienced on any vehicle I have owned. Great advice from the guys at Wolf for the setup I needed, and happy with the final install. Will be back for more!

We had a great experience looking and buying the C6 rev tent from Wolf 4x4. The manager (think his name was Ash) had fabulous knowledge on the rev tent and knew the ethos of the company as well which played a big factor of us liking the tent even more!They were very easy to talk to and we would definitely recommend this company - they seem as though they would do a thorough job at anything for a customer.

Absolutely not a trustworthy business, placed an order 5 months ago and I was told that the item would arrive in 4-6 weeks. I understand that sometimes there could be delays, so I patiently waited for three months, nothing arrived. Tried to cancel the order 2 months ago, no reply. Every time I rang, I would get the same answer that the item would arrive within a week. After four months waiting I formally asked for a refund and again no reply. Ringed, was told that I couldn’t get a refund. I told them that if the issue could not be solved I would take legal actions, but apparently they didn’t care. There was no reply to emails, no call, no product, no service. I couldn’t understand why a shop like this would have five star reviews - then I found out many reviews are so similar - hard to believe they are genuine reviews. By today, I’m still waiting for my product that was ordered in October last year. Have found myself a lawyer to send them a formal letter and not surprised that I didn’t hear anything back. I have instructed my lawyer to start a claim in the Magistrate Court. Let’s see what happens now. And yes, I’m thinking to contact media to explore this business and hope others don’t experience the same.

If I could rate them with no stars I would!I placed an order for an awning on September 22, 2022 I heard nothing until the 16th of November to tell me that now the carrier they use wants to charge me an extra $260 to only get it to a location 3 hours away from my home!I asked for a refund as it was also offered to me.I have emailed constantly about where my refund is!!And still to this date 9th of Jan 2023 I haven’t received an email or my refund over which is over $1000 !!!!!!Shouldn’t be allowed to run a business!
