The Blowhole
A top destination for people who would like to have a bath and spend sometime with nature. Shire has done all what they could go for the visitors to explore the place. Bit of damages caused by the recent floods in late 2022 but could be back to track soon. Clean spring water, serene nature, a nice walk around, ample parking spaces and nearby tracks to east. Etc etc… it’s a wonderful visit altogether. Loved it.

The Blowhole
Probably the only Blowhole not by the coast.. Nice little interesting location hidden away from the road but it's easy to get to with well-made steps. Note that the path to the longer walks are closed and seemed to have been so since Dec'22. Check the national park site for update before visiting.Edit - added photo of the blowhole entrance on the far side

Short 10min walk down to the Blowhole, we were able to climb up to see the cave like opening.Would have looked better if it had rained more recentlyQuite a few stairs on the way down, and it splits off to other paths for longer walks

Lovely spot but a lot of the paths are closed at the moment due to the rain and rebuild. But nice to stop and check out the Blowhole and the water flowing after the short rain we had while staying in Hepburn Springs.

Beautiful place to visit, small hike down to the blow hole and down some steps, but very small distance from car park to blow hole. Lots of locals use this place for a Sim so you will likely see some individuals having a swim. Very picturesque and relaxing

Yeah this is definitely worth visiting it only take maybe less than 5 mins to get to from the Hepburn town. And it’s lovely… I wouldn’t say you could swim but you could def put your feet in if you wanted.A fair few steps but nothing crazy, my 73 year old mother did it and was pretty good..

Great little walk down to view but could not do the full hike that AllTrails has marked due to trail conditions from previous flooding. Still enjoyed myself and would reccomend if you are up in the area.

The Blowhole
It’s a quite place, very nice waterfalls. Although in summer and autumn not much water it’s still a nice stop. Not too much walking or hiking, good accessibility to the lookout platform and few steps to reach down near the water. It’s not very busy area so plenty room for parking.

Beautiful waterfall (comes out of a hole in the rocks, hence the name), but a hidden gem. Can walk down to the water and have a swim in the cool water - perfect on a hot day
