Asked if there were gluten free options due to health reasons and was mocked by staff. Heard the cooks at the back state they would have to prepare it separately but was not offered the option by the customer service staff who were laughing at me so I left.

Usual Red Rooster menu.The lady serving insisted she kept her finger on the Seniors Discount" but no evidence of receiving it on the docket?She did however give me a bonus from my Loyalty Program Rewards."

Worst restaurant in the chain anywhere in Australia. Rubbish food, poorly cooked, non- existent customer service, totally inadequate app. Never again, just awful. Go to Spa supermarket North Hill instead, leagues ahead.

Ordered delivery, it took an hour to get here which I was ok with because obviously they get busy; Caleb rocks up and hands me my food, I ask him where the drink is; he says he forgot it, but will bring it to me on his next delivery. That didn't happen, called the store the next day to ask for a refund, Brandon says that's weird for you to call the next day" - well I'm sorry that I took your staff member at their word and trusted they would deliver what I paid for. Then he says just come in and pick it up when you're driving home - the whole reason I ordered delivery is because I don't have a car and the store is far out of the way from my work and home. I honestly wasn't upset until that "bit weird" comment. How hard is it to pack your orders properly. And on top of waiting an hour too. So just don't trust the drivers and immediately call up and complain if they don't bring your whole order

Always quick with the classic quarter. Wish they'd default to no cutlery though as I don't need it. Dog and I share one most days.
