I purchased through Michael Stack two and a half years ago. I was interstate at the time and took his recommendations on a pest and building inspector which I regret to this day. The property has a granny flat and in the flat termites were deteted, treated and damage repaired within two weeks so the sale would proceed. Dealings I have had with pest companies since arriving have all told me this is too quick as they just move somewhere else in the building which they have. We have only now got the situation resolved but it has cost me a lot of money and time. Just a word of warning to prospective buyers.Oobtain your own pest inspection company. NOT one recommended by Michael Stack. I had sent Michael an email about the situation but not surprisingly I did not recieve a reply.
