Only gave them 2 Stars due to the fact that there were 4 staff behind a glassed off area behind the counter (I could see them and they could see me) and I must have waited about 3-4 minutes before one of them finally got to me to help me with my inquiry.I wasn't very impressed

They broke my car. Got my car serviced, Toyota Prado. Next day, coolant leaking and nearly destroyed the engine due to over heating. Turned it was a cracked radiator overflow pipe nozzle. Just thought it was bad luck. Now after doing plenty of research and talking to mechanics, it’s a common issue, when the mechanic leans on the radiator to change and check stuff, and usually cracks the brittle plastic pipe. If this happens to you after a service, get them to pay for the repairs-sue then if they don’t. I assumed it was bad luck and my fault and as a result got financially screwed over. Reading other reviews, it seems they also like to manufacture extra work. Go somewhere else.

Bad customer service. Does not smile. Does not look into the eye. Stands over you while doing the transaction. Made me feel like I was asking for a favor to have my car serviced. Don’t look like he wants to work at all.

Always a pleasure, it's nice to see familiar faces. It's great to know my car is looked after and well.

I use to bring my Prius there and I really trusted them. Last experience was the complete opposite, they told me to change brakes and disc, all 4 tyres and that I had a cracked right hand side sway bar. Quote of 2000 dollar! It was suspicious because I have checked tyres before so I brought the car to my usual mechanic. Brakes with still plenty of life, tyres just needed rotating and worst of all SWAY BAR WAS JUST DIRTY. He cleaned up the bar and rotate tyres for 100 dollars.Very very disappointed with this lack of honesty and integrity. Not professional at all! Sorry but I Will never be back.

Abysmal attitude from the service desk receptionist. Got a sudden warning light and error message on dash “fuel filter maintenance required”. I’m 400km away in middle of nowhere, Bluff Knoll. Called to speak to a mechanic for reassurance that I could drive home. Kept being fobbed off by the reception woman, she kept saying “they’ll ask you to just book it in”. Yes I know that, but a simple verbal explanation/ trouble shoot can give a lot of reassurance or solve the problem. Eg if there was water in the fuel filter, there is a small knob that can be turned to release the water and problem solved. Anyhow, she reluctantly put me through and no one answered anyway. I recently had new tyres at Bridgestone Myaree, they seemed more friendly and down to earth. I called them, no issues, reassured me that driving will be fine, extremely helpful and I am so grateful to them. I’ve booked in with them to change my fuel filter. As a result of this toyota Melville has lost a lifelong customer, I’m never coming back to you to service my Prado. You people need to realise that just following a script and providing zero customer centred approach just doesn’t cut it these days. A simple 2 minute conversation with someone who knows what they are talking about would have made me reassured, recommend you to my friends and family and be forever grateful. Instead I think the reception woman needs to be fired and lost all faith in how you run this franchise in Melville. Please check out Bridgestone Myaree, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service, told us would be about an hour and it was 1 hr 20 mins so very happy. Coffee and Biscuits offered which was nice too.

I finished my 3 year capped price servicing and then went elsewhere as their wait times always blew out. Unfortunately had to come back today for a quick number plate bracket recall job. Email states 1 hour job so I sat in the waiting area.At the 2 hour mark I checked to see what's happening. Keys were on the rack ready to go, service advisor just didn't let me know. Second time thats happened to me, with the last time seeing me call at 5pm just before closing asking where my car is (I had an 8am booking I believe)Perhaps a job title change to Service Sometimes Advisor.

One of the best,customer service is first class, waiting area and facilities no one can complain, staff extremely friendly and helpful,.Only complaint,is service centre changed all the settings in my car and I'm still resetting lol but in reality it's not a problem..

Situated in the middle of the Myaree industrial area, the Toyta service centre is always busy and bustling with people. Anyone with capped price servicing will love this place, however its often a bit pricey, but you pay for what you get. They know their toyotas and always send your car back washed and clean.
